The Silicon Valley Bujinkan Dojo has been transmitting the teachings of Masaaki Hatsumi continuously in the greater San Jose area for over 25 years. The art of Dr. Hatsumi, consists of a wide range of techniques and strategies from both Samurai and Ninja lineages. The underlying principles of Budo Taijutus are distance and timing, not relying on strength and speed.

History

Established in 1990.

Silicon Valley Bujinkan Dojo began as a part of the network of dojo centered around the Stockton Bujinkan Dojo. It has transmited the teachings of Masaaki Hatsumi continuously since. It continues to train in the San Jose area while maintaining contact to the Hombu dojo through semi-​yearly training trips to Japan.
