The quality of Tartini’s yogurt has always been good and they have great flavors: some that stick out are honeydew and lychee. There’s a decent selection of toppings, always pretty fresh. The décor inside is really cute and it’s always clean. I would have given a 4-​star rating, but when I wanted to try the custard crêpe with nutella, strawberries, and bananas and they were out of bananas and custard. They should always make sure they have all toppings and ingredients available.
It seems like business has waned recently. I’d come here before and it would always be crowded. Now we’re the usually the only ones there at any given time.

After hearing all the hype, I expected this place to blow my mind. It did not, but was still yummy. And cheap, at .30 an ounce, just like Yogurtland.
I tried the Pistachio, which the worker said was a new flavor and everyone’s new favorite. I did not like it, and normally I love pistachio! There was just something off about the taste.
I did enjoy the dark chocolate, though!
Tartini has a lot of tart flavors that may appeal to tart lovers.
I like the brightness and cleanliness of the place. Its location is kind of random in my opinion, which makes it quite inaccessible.

YUM! Wish they had other locations a bit closer to where I live, as this is probably my favorite of all the places I’ve tried recently. Their yogurt was smooth and creamy, not icy or gritty like some places. They have a great selection of toppings, including my favorite (mochi). We liked the broken waffle cone topping and the fresh blueberries.
I had cookies & cream and tart blueberry. Hubby had chocolate — very dense & rich and cream, and kiddo had his usual: a bowl of gummy worms with a little yogurt underneath that I don’t think he even ate. Sigh.
Bright, clean and friendly service. Comparable prices to other self-​serve shops; $ 0.30/oz. Delish!

This is probably my favorite frozen yogurt place!
Their yogurt is consistently creamy and not some watery mess. I love that they have plenty of flavors to choose from, such as honeydew, taro, and lychee — these are some of the flavors that you often won’t find in some other places.
The shop is very clean and the staff is friendly. The energetic yet relaxing atmosphere makes Tartini a great place to chat about your high school friends that you hate!

Similiar to a yogurtland but quality is a bit better. 30 cents an ounce (competitive), and the only thing that stood out was the banana jelly. Otherwise, doesn’t stand out to me and is just another yogurt place.

Came here for dessert after having dinner. It’s a fun little shop decorated in blue and white with fruit on the wall. They had 8 flavors in rotation when we went. We sampled the Blueberry Tart, Raspberry Tart, Mango Tart, and Honeydew. I liked the Mango tart flavor the best. Just yogurt-​ey enough and not too icy.
There are large containers (only one size) for the froyo right before you get to the machines. I like the self serve concept; it lets me sample a little of each flavor and I can adjust the amount I want depending on what I feel like. Their topping selection is good, I usually go for the fruit and mochi. I liked how they offered big chunks of mango.
There are a few tables indoors, so we were able to sit and chat. They didn’t seem to mind us sitting there so we never felt rushed. Parking was a cinch for us that day, but the parking lot is really small so I can see how that can pose a problem.
$.31 per oz, don’t forget to get your frequent buyer card stamped!

This is after being a long time customer to Tartini. I have to take a breath and give them a ²⁄₅.
The yogurt is too icy. This is the only yogurt shop that gives me an upset stomach. Worker is almost always in the backroom and comes out to only collect your money. When I order anything that’s not a yogurt, it gets made in the back room and it either has soap or tastes like soap. Their twitter has not been updated in over a month. They seem to have something one day and gone another.
To put icing on the cake, one time I got a small $ 2 worth of yogurt and gave them my visa. I was asked if I had cash and I gave them cash. Then I was told the credit card system wasn’t working. No need to lie to my face, I’d be happy to pay cash on a small transaction to avoid the fee on your end.
On a positive note, the store décor is nice and clean.

Ohhh, many flavors! We tried the dark chocolate and vanilla fro-​yo. And there were a lot of toppings… I tossed on some almonds, mochi, and some other asian jelly stuff, and a few pieces of kiwi, mango and strawberry.

They have a smaller selection than some of the other frozen yogurt places, especially when it comes to non-​tart flavors. However, their honeydew is absolutely delicious. They also supervise the samples, meaning the guy actually fills the mini cup and hands it to you, and watches as you try it… which is sort of weird. But he was very friendly, so no problem there. The fruit toppings actually looked fresh and appetizing, which is always a plus, and while the selection of candy toppings wasn’t huge, it’s probably better in the long run as it prevented me from over-​stuffing my cup with random candy.
Being open until 11pm everyday is a huge plus in this area.

Total meh here. Finally tried Tartini now that they’ve lowered their price to 30 cents an ounce. When we arrived the other evening, there was no one in the front of the store (staff or customers). We waited around for a few minutes and I finally had to say «hellooooo?» and a girl poked her head around the corner. She was on the phone and looked none too pleased with me. She barked into the phone «I guess I’ll have to call you back» and then came to the cash register. I’ve never been here before, so I asked for a sample cup and she sighed, and came around the counter. She asked which flavor I wanted to try, and then dispensed a sample for me. She did the same for my guest.
We ended up getting four flavors in our cup — dark chocolate, passion fruit tart, mango tart and original. Added some mochi and a few tiny chocolate chips. Our total was close to $ 5 (yes, they charge tax, regardless if you’re getting it to go).
Surly service aside, the froyo was ok. The texture varied wildly between the flavors — the mango tart was half-​melted by the time we sat down to eat it about two minutes after dispensing.
The store is nice-​looking and all, but the music was way too loud, the service was horrible and overall the froyo wasn’t all that.
I was actually so disappointed that we drove over to Yogurtland afterwards to get more froyo. Clearly we won’t be back with both Yogurtland and Red Mango within walking distance of this location.

39 cents an ounce. Be warned.
The yogurt here is of quality of Red Mango or Pink Berry. It’s perfect in consistency and full on it’s flavor. Fruits are a lot fresher than your average 30 cent yogurt joint.
The setting is very cute. It’s in a friendly area that has an amazing field go go lay on right in front of it’s doors.
Grab yourself some Yogurt and enjoy a nice day outside.
My favorite flavors are Tart and Raspberry. You can honestly taste every bit of yogurt you eat. It melts in your mouth deliciously and pleasantly.
They give a 10% for students, which is always a plus.
Minus stars the horrible time finding parking.

Came here to study for a couple of hours due to free WIFI. (had a bit of trouble at first but then successfully got access!) they closed at 11. if you still need to study, the closest place to tartini is donut wheel, open 24 hrs!
Service was very nice. i got to try some samples which eventually sucked me into buying some froyo…
i LOVED the passion fruit tart and mango tart!!! SO GOOOD. perfect for my taste! I think mango tart here is WAY better than the one at yogurtland. I like the sourness to it while yogurtland’s is sweeter.
what can i say. i am a sour person :) just not quite sweet yet!

I’m wavering between a 3 and a 3.5 stars.
The yogurt pros:
— Wide array of flavors to choose from
— Self serve
— Original tart had a good tart to sweet ratio
The yogurt cons:
— Consistency. Way too icy for me
Other pros:
— Mochi was yummy
— Although canned, lychee was yummy
Other cons:
— Location is a bit awkward. You need to park in the underground structure that looks like it belongs to the industrial businesses
When it is all said and done, I still love Café Delatti in Los Gatos.

The frozen yogurt here is icy, not as tart as I’d like and overall a huge disappointment. Its self serve. They didn’t have sample cups readily available. Being my first time at Tartini I wanted to sample a few flavors before making my final purchase. The person behind the counter was reluctant in giving me the miniature cups for sampling– which was sad considering I asked politely.
I held a UYE/​ONE at Red Crane (
). After the event about 20 Unilocalers/​Friends came to Tartini because I wanted to try it out. I paid for 2 frozen yogurts (mine and my mothers) and one S. Pellegrino.

After a recent meal in Cupertino, we decided to check out froyo hot spot, Tartini.
In a design more reminiscent of Vancouver or Asia, Tartini is located on the ground floor of a high rise complex. Parking is well marked and actually within the building just outside the parking area for residents. It’s a bit strange, but I think the nearby Curry House has the same setup.
The interior is what you’d expect of a froyo place. Bright, clean, and nice colors except that Tartini resorts to a light blue motif that contrasts with the colors chosen by its competitors Pinkberry and Red Mango.
What stands out about Tartini other than the colors are two things: the service and the flavors.
When we arrived, only a young teenager was manning the cashier, but he was extremely polite, handed out many samples, and genuinely tried to be helpful to newcomers and veterans alike. After my fill of samples, I joked I was full enough to leave. He politely laughed and answered all our questions. He even shared that Tartini takes all credit cards, including Amex and Discover, though few people use either.
As for the flavors, whereas the original flavor tends to be the most popular at almost all froyo places, Tartini has the art of secondary flavors down. They had lychee, raspberry, green tea, and even pear. Each is slightly icier than the original but the flavors are subtle and enhance the froyo rather than overwhelm it.
Toppings are plentiful as well, though not quite near Frozo quantity. But basics like mochi, blueberries, and oreo cookie are well covered.
As for the price, its slightly more expensive than the cheapest places but still quite reasonable. Our medium sized cup (they only have one container size) was $ 5. As for the raspberry/​lychee combination? Unbeatable.

Ok. I went here for the first time today, with high expectations thanks to awesome Unilocal reviews I read beforehand, and OMG I LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! So much so that it’s 1:30 am right now and I HAVE to write this review before I go to bed and wake up at 7:30 am tomorrow. Yes, that’s how awesome it was — I couldn’t wait to get home to write how much I love it. Tartini is the answer to my prayers, dreams, wishes, hopes, whatever, you name it. It is my equivalent of Yogurtworld in San Diego, which is what got me into the whole Asian tart froyo craze and drove my adventures around Korea last summer. I’ve been looking for a cute, self-​serve/​pay-​by-​the-​ounce, multiple Asian-​y flavors like lychee (but the plain tart must be good too), lots-​of-​toppings kind of froyo place in the Bay Area for a long time. Tartini is the first one I’ve been to that fulfills all my requirements.
Tartini is CUTE. The blue/​white decoration theme is awesome, esp. since blue is my favorite color, and white makes things look so clean, so Apple-​y, just like the company that pretty much runs Cupertino. Everything from the cute blue lamps down to the blue and white wallpaper made me feel like I was in Korea again. It also helped that one of the girls working there was talking in Korean to some people that came in (friends or family, it seemed). Even Tartini’s logo is cute.
I don’t mean to be long-​winded, but I can’t help going on and on about this place. The froyo was awesome… a pretty good selection to choose from. Yogurtworld SD has twice as many flavors, but the Tartini ones are good too. They’re the more creamy rather than icy kind, if that matters to you. I haven’t tried Yogurtland yet but I heard they’re more icy than Tartini. Lychee tart and plain tart were my favorites. Acai was good too. I probably wouldn’t get raspberry tart again. Lots of toppings to choose from, but I was sad they didn’t have kiwi — that’s a staple topping for me along with mochi and strawberries. I did love the broken waffle cone bits though, I stuck one triangle in just like how they do at Gelayo Gusto. I’ll upload pictures tomorrow.
The cups are pretty huge, and there’s only one size to choose from… so if you’re not careful in harnessing yourself while getting yogurt, you might end up paying upwards of $ 7 – 8. I spent less than $ 5, which gave me a good hearty helping of yummy froyo with my mochi, strawberries, and waffle cone. Seriously, the plain tart and lychee made me so happy…
Yes, parking is difficult. I got lucky and got a spot in the garage when someone left. But I don’t care… I’m definitely coming back here again! I’m glad they have a frequent visitor card — if you get 9 yogurts, you get the 10^th one free (up to 10 oz). I think I’ll be filling mine up pretty soon!

Located next to Le Boulanger at the corner of Stevens Creek and DeAnza, Tartini is a self-​serve yogurt place at $ 0.38/oz., with the usual variety of toppings (cereals, fruit, mochi, nuts, candies, etc.) along with some unique ones (honeydew, red bean, waffle cone chips).
Tart flavors: Tartini Original, Green tea, Acai, Raspberry, Lychee.
Sweet flavors: Vanilla, Honeydew, Pomegranate.
All their tart flavors are non-​fat, and sweet flavors are all low-​fat. The lychee was one of the best flavored tarts I’ve had, but I’m still a forever fan of just plain original tart. Their plain tart is not as creamy as Delatti’s, but not as icy as Fraiche’s.
I met the owners, Lisa and Paula, and they were absolute sweethearts! I LOVE supporting non-​chain shops! They were super friendly, open to feedback, and wanted to do promotions with nearby companies and hold events (e.g. Unilocal events!). Their branding, interior, and service are also positively awesome. I kinda want one of their t-​shirts! (Photos of the interior and the owners uploaded.)
While chatting with the owners during my second visit to Tartini, I mentioned how I would love longans as a topping. Three days later, I came back and they had them! Always friendly, always making an effort to remember their customers’ names, the service at Tartini is amazing!
