My husband and I have just returned from another successful (3 ½ week) trip planned with the help of The Travelsmiths. They have been our go-​to trip planners for years. My wife and I have used Cindy to book trips to Italy, Hawaii, Fiji, Disneyland, and have used Marie for a cruise in the Caribbean. All were fantastic.
The big trips, Fiji and Italy, were especially extraordinary. All details were taken care of, e.g. airport/​hotel shuttles, island hopping boats, train excursions, private tours, rental cars. And the resorts and hotels were wonderful.
We’re headed back to Cindy for a trip to France this summer. I’m sure we won’t be disappointed ;-)

Cindy at Travelsmiths helped us with travel arrangements for our recent trip to French Polynesia. Awesome Lady! She was very thoughtful and considerate in her planning and totally accommodated our special needs (my wife was 5 months pregnant). Overall, excellent service. will definitely use them again for my future vacation planning

At first, Marie at Travelsmiths was great to work with! She was really patient with me, despite the confusion and difficulty of my travel request. (We were trying to do a trip to 4 different countries). So you can imagine, I had to go back and forth a lot… and plus I was shopping around with other agencies (of course I am trying to find the best deal!). I do have to admit, there was a lot of changes on my part since we changed our minds a couple of times.
Well, after a while of back and forth e-​mails… the correspondence became noticeably less pleasant. It got to the point where she emailed the following to me. especially after she found out I was working with other agencies shopping around
«Our agency charges a $ 50.00 plan to go fee, which you would pay up front
and if you book with our agency then its taken off the balance of your trip.
If you book elsewhere then Travelsmiths keeps the fee. If you wish to
proceed then please call me with your credit card information.

I’m not going to give this place a totally negative review. Because even after she sent me that e-​mail, she still gave me a revised itinerary and quote.

we recently took a trip to bora bora and needed someone knowledgeable in booking travels to french polynesia. cindy tacci at travelsmiths came highly recommended from one of my cousins who also used her for his bora bora trip. she didn’t disappoint and was on top of everything including making dinner reservations for us.
cindy also made arrangements for us to check in early and check out late since my wife is pregnant and tires easily. she always returns emails within a day and is very pleasant. it can be quite confusing traveling to bora bora with all the flight transfers and boat shuttle transfers but cindy explained everything in detail making us feel totally at ease.
overall i’m very pleased with the services of cindy tacci at travelsmiths and will not hesitate to point anyone interested in traveling to french polynesia in her direction. i will definitely call on her for all my future travel needs.
