This Haunted House is laid out over 5 sprawling acres of land on a farm in the middle of the corn fields in Custer Park, IL.

History

Established in 2005.

The Chambers of Darkness Haunted House and Hayride is a non-​profit haunted house that is run to raise funds to buy needed equipment for the Custer Park Volunteer Fire Department. It started out as a small operation 7 years ago, and we now have over 5,000 patrons that visit us every October!

Rick Hall is the Custer Park Fire Department chief, and also builds, promotes, and manages the entire haunted house and hayride operation every year.
