We’re here to be a part of the Cuyahoga Falls community, a part of the riverfront and to be a great destination for people living in and around Cuyahoga Falls.

We specialize in Gourmet Cupcakes for weddings or just as a treat. Almost all of our nearly 100 flavors have a unique filling and frosting. We strive to make this small cake a big part of your day.

Recently we added a Food Menu to our new location. We like to think that we have some really unique and fantastic pairings of foods and flavors. We take pride in the fact that we cook our own food, meats, and sides.

History

Established in 2013.

The Lofty Café humbly started in the kitchen of a tiny apartment. We were baking cupcakes as a hobby for family and friends, when people we didn’t know started calling and asking if we could provide their parties with our delicious cupcakes! We then started going to the Hartville Flea Market every Saturday & Monday until we finally had a tiny store in Tallmadge.

After a year squeezing into that tiny place, and so many of our customers wanting a place to come and sit while they enjoyed their desserts, we found this awesome space. Now, we have a bakery case every day full of flavors, and a menu with all kinds of awesome Sandwiches, Salads, & Sides. We offer free wifi so you can bring your laptop or iPad and relax in the café.

As a kid I always wanted a job that allowed me to interact with customers all day, and to help make someone’s day a little less stressful. I had many jobs growing up to support my love for Traveling. I worked as a Hostess, Barista, Receptionist, and babysitting. I realized that sitting behind a desk all day was not what I wanted to do. So I started baking cupcakes with my mom.

Skipping forward to now, as a 21 year old business owner, I love the feeling of handing someone a delicious cupcake. Or making someone their lunch that will hopefully help their afternoon in the office a little more manageable. Making the Café a place where people want to come and have a good time & good food with their family and friends is my passion. And because of that customer service is very important to me, so I strive to have the best there is. I want to treat people the way I would want to be treated if it was me on the other side.
