A & T Auto Body Shop

A&T autobody shop has been fixing my luxury cars for atleast 10 years now (infiniti, mercedes, bmw, lexus). I highly recommend the place to all my family and friends due to their honesty, integrity and responsible work ethic. Alan informs me about the progress of the job. It’s always completed before time and the work is impeccable. Alan is highly professional with his dealing with his customers. He doesn’t make promises he can’t keep which seems to be a trend in the autobody business. I trust this place 100% and will continue bringing my business here. They take care of you no matter how big or small the job is! 5 stars for customer service!

after my vehicle was vandalized in south get los angeles, i was really frustrated and angry that my car was a complete messed up i searched up on line for a good auto body shop i discovered a& t auto body shop after all the repair when i went to pick up my vehicle i was amazed they did excellent work i was told by owner that if i have any issue in the future a bout the work they did on my vehicle, is covered they are the best and trustworthy they use all original part, my car look great,

I dropped my car off couple weeks ago and Alan Took really great care and maintained professionalism throughout the process. I got my car back in 3 weeks and it looked like brand new off the lot! Highly recommend these guys!

I went to A&t auto body shop I have problems my dodge sprinter cargo van door is not closing .i meet the owner Alen he try to fix my van door with in 10 minute I do not have any appointment. before also same problems in back side that time also fix my van not any appointments He take care very good for me .i see invoice he buy the parts $ 190.00 and his mechanics work 3 hour. Labor cost only $ 150.00 but he just charge me 250.00 dollar only I do not see that cheap price and good doing job with out any appointment any problems my car I come to see A&t auto body shop. Not far for me only 7 mile .

Excellent job and Customer service. Very friendly and cooperative. Alan the owner taking care of us for last 10 yrs… my daughter’s two car, my friends more than 7 cars… never ever had a any problems with him or body shop.

I took my brand new Lexus ES 350 which got Rear Ended at 700 miles and couldn’t be happier with the decision. This place is a hidden treasure. The people are super professional and courteous. I got my car better than when it was new (i had some extra work done lol). I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends and they have found a customer for life in me. Took my truck here to get a quote for a minor fender bender. They guy behind the desk asked if I could leave it for a couple of hours and he would get to it asap. I didn’t see any harm in that…, until I went back the next day to ask if he had taken the pictures and sent the quote to my insurance company. He said he hadn’t gotten around to it and asked if I could leave the truck again. I said that I need my truck because it is my only vehicle. «Well we don’t normally let customers take their car back until we can finish the repair» was his response… They hadn’t even started a repair so idk what he was talking about. Eventually after a bit of an argument I was able to get my truck back. Once in it and on my way home I realized a few extra miles on my odometer and a little less gas in the tank. WHAT PLANET DO THESE GUYS LIVE ON WHERE THEY THINK ITS OK TO DRIVE SOMEONES VEHICLE WITHOUT THE OWNERS PERMISSION??? You used my gas, put miles on my truck and connected your phone to my bluetooth. This business is a joke.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

My son’s car was in an accident and needed body work. It is an older car and it was looking pretty bad even before the accident. Alan said he would do the body work for the same cost as the place my insurance company sent me to. A & T is much closer to home so we decided to take the car there. I am so glad that we did. It took a little longer than Alan first told us but it was well worth the wait. He and his crew did such a great job. They went above and beyond and painted the whole car because it would have looked bad if they just touched up around the repair. My son’s car looks 10 years younger. I would definitely recommend A & T Auto Body.

Got into a car accident and needed a reliable auto body shop to go to. After going to 5 auto body shop in the area i decided to go with Alan and A&T.
I was not disappoint at all. He took great care of me and my car. The car took a day longer than expected but the car was even better when i got it back than before the accident. They have a friendly staff and i recommend this shop to all my friends and family. If i ever need auto body repair again I know where to go to.

This is the best body shop I have ever been to, I have been going here for over 20 years. The owner, Allen is the best, always honest and the prices are so reasonable! Great work always dependable, I know that the car will look new. I have recommended this shop to friends and family and everyone has had the same experience that I have had.

Been going to this place for years and was always treated with respect and the work done in the most professional manner. They do quality work and are certified by insurance companies. If you have body work this is the place to go.

I took my car here after a collision for repair. The service was amazing the owner Alan was always helpful and kept me up to date on everything that was happening. He would answer every call and answered all my questions. It is great to find an honest repair shop these days. I would defiantly recommend this shop to everyone.

Took them more than 3 weeks to fix my car which ran into a minor accident. They made all kind of excuses whenever i call them for follow up. I wish i could give them zero stars.

Only place I go to! Never gives me a problem and works with my insurance company. When I personally get little scratches and dents a and t is always happy to take care of me with close to back to brand new work.

The manager Alan was very helpful as this was the first time I was hit by someone. I basically dropped it off and they handled all the insurance business and had my car back quicker than other shops had quoted me. I had a few shops quote the job for 4k and would take 2 weeks to get my car back. Alan and his team had my car back to me in 4 days for less money (which the insurance company paid for)!!! I hope I don’t get in an accident but if I do, I know where I can get the repairs done and get my car back in a jiffy!!!

I recently had some dents in my car repaired at this shop. I found Alan (owner, manager?) to be very helpful and accommodating and the work that was done on my car was a good job. My experience with this shop was positive and since it’s close to my house, one of the staff even gave my mom a ride home one time when she had to leave the car there. As another Unilocaler indicated in her review, they also took care of a few other scratches on the car and were easy to work with.

I went to the shop and check progress on my car as Posa stated to me that the car was almost complete, he was not there so I went looking for my car finding that work was not started, I called Posa from my cell phone ask him how the progress was coming, he stated almost done, when I told him I was standing by the car he try to explain to me why it was not started that he had other cars that came in, so he basically move my car out for others instead of completing mine.
When I finally went to pick up the car, I inspected the car and the paint was missing in coverage in certain areas, I asked Posa to repaint and he said he would not, ask him why he said he had too much time into the car. I also noticed that the paint job was not color sanded and buffed out as he stated he would be done, now I have to pay someone else to complete the work that Posa did not.
I strongly urge you not to take your car to the shop, run away from it as fast as you can!

Guy gave me $ 2500 quote. Went to 2 places near my work in OC and was quoted $ 1700 both times. Nuff’ said.
