Beautiful Skin Care

I went in today for a facial $ 40, plus $ 20 for a powder vitamin product they carry. The facial was awesome, so relaxing. My skin felt good afterwards and I will definitely be coming back for more.

I always go here… Today I called if I can walk in and lady said ok. I said I will be in by 9:15, she said ok. Due to heavy rain I arrived 9:29 and she said she cannot take me anymore because I am late!!! I drove 30 miles for them and when I said that she said we have a lot of customers who drives that far too! Rude!!! They don’t care about loyalty!
Bad customer service!

Best skin care place I have been to. Made an appointment to come in for acne treatment, and she was very nice. Got the appointment time I needed and when I walked in, I didn’t have to wait at all.
The whole process took about 2 hours, and I was very satisfied with the service. My skin has improved so much, and I will definitely return again.
I highly recommend this place!

I enjoyed my first facial care experience in this place. The skin specialist was great and the massage was relaxing. The skin care products are a bit or cry but they will not force you to but any products.

This place is probably the most unprofessional place I’ve been to. Wanted a light facial because I had been sleeping with my makeup the past weekend and felt like I needed a deep cleanse. I got the acne treatment and omg it was sooooo painful. The «massage» was so unpleasant. It felt like she was smacking my face. Then she did extractions and she tore skin with her nails around the areas I had acne because she was being so rough. I’ve gotten extractions before and I know they hurt but not like this. I felt like she got done beating face by the time I was done. The next two days I could barely wash my face it hurt so bad. ON TOP OF THAT I had waaaay more scarring on my face. I felt like the last 6 months of clearing of my acne went down the drain and I’m back to square one. There were white heads all over my face from where she extracted and it just looked terrible. I had to pay 300 dollars to get this shit fixed. Then she booked me for my next appointment without asking, got me fucked up if she thinks I’m going back there. Pleeeeeease don’t go here.

I’ve been going there for a while for some acne treatment and facials, the service of the 2 ladies and the owner has been top notch! They’re professional and incredibly nice. You never have to wait, they are ready to render service the minute you walk in. I have been extremely happy with the result and i plan to go there on a monthly basis. And the price is excellent. I strongly recommend this place!

Having moved to the OC about and finally getting situated I realized one of the many advantages of living in the OC/​LA area is the abundant Asian communities and businesses. I once read in an article that Korean people have some of the nicest skin around and one of the main reasons is because they routinely get facials. I had been getting routine facials for several months now and have noticed a significant difference! I have spent much money and time on skincare and anti-​aging products to build up a skepticism about most things, but when I see my before and after photos i’m only faced with the truth. To fully test the results I got from Beautiful Skin Care, I even discontinued any maintenance for about one month to prove to myself that the results were real and getting facials on a regular basis by an expert is imperative to achieving a near flawless complexion.
I have done oxygen facial and acne facials. If you are unsure about any of the facials offered at BSC, feel free to ask the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They are willing to accommodate to their customers as much as they can within reason. They even have staff that work in dermatology offices ran by actual doctors. That means they also carry exclusive product lines here as well!
Some background to the owner of the business, she is an advocate for people with all skin types. Especially acne. She has suffered from cystic acne for years and well into adulthood and the proof is in the stories she will tell you about her struggle. Her skin is clear today and she enjoys researching latest technology and makes sure to test out all her equipment/​services and products on herself before offering them to her customers. So not only will she educate you, she can tell you about her own experiences vs reading the instructions off of boxes and it allows her to take any proper precautions when catering to your skincare as well.
If you want a more flawless complexion, I encourage you to at least come by for a consultation. :) Shin an Micky are wonderful!

Fantastic Facial for $ 40. The thing I loved the most was probably about 45 minutes of facial massage. My face feels so alive!!! She also massaged my neck and arms. Strong pressure which is what I prefer. The entire session as almost 2 hours. Clean, friendly, affordable. I give them an A+++++!! I’ll be back and can do it more often due to the affordable price!

I found this spa on Unilocal and made a same day appointment. The esthecian greeted me and had me get ready for one of the best facial that I’ve received before. The lady who worked on me massaged me hard and asked if the pressure was alright throughout my treatment and really took her time with the extractions which was painful but was well worth it because my face was so clean and refreshed after the treatment. my facial costed $ 40 for an hour and half facial, I was very impressed and will be back very soon for another treatment.

My experience here was ok. I loved that the place was so clean, the staff is friendly and you just cannot beat the price for an hour and a half facial! Now, about the treatment, although it was very relaxing and pleasant; I just don’t feel that there was nearly enough exfoliation and not enough extractions. I really want a facial that feels more cleansing and not so much the application of products and creams. I didn’t notice a change in my skin over the next few days. I’m considering giving them another try, or maybe try a chemical peel or microdermabrasion.

Came here for the first time with two of my girlfriends for girls facial day and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Though I must warn you, it’s nothing like the standard american facial where the facial feels serene and gentle. The service can be best described as a stronger motion of facial and neck massaging. I wasn’t use to it at first but it does feel invigorating and the service itself is thorough where they massage every inch of your face, neck and shoulders. Facial was $ 40 and we added the vitamin C treatment for an extra $ 20. It was worth trying since my face looked so much brighter and softer after all the treatment. All three of us were able to be in one room together which was nice. Extractions though… Definitely painful.

You don’t come here to get pampered you come here to get your face clean and pores cleared!!! Lol!!! I love when they slapped my face while massaging my neck/​cheek area! Felt so smooth and clean when I left the spa! Yes, the workets do talk a lot and it is a little too warm in the room but for the price i Will go back again for sure!

I’ve read some reviews that there is new ownership, so it makes sense that the place looks different. I used to come here every 6 months to a year for a two hour facial.
I loved the former workers because even though I got bruises from the extractions, they did a thorough job of getting everything out. They all did a lot more facial steps too. Now, there are less procedures/​steps and the extractions are half done. I’m pretty disappointed because the quality went downhill but it cost the same. The lady tried to squeeze a pimple that wasn’t ready yet.
I need to look for another go-​to facial place now.

It’s been a while since I gotten a facial here but after a few days in Mexico, my face was pretty fried. I had no idea that the ownership changed and was curious to see if this made a difference.
The business appears more business-​like. The waiting area and checkout counter is configured in a better flow to enable more seating for waiting patients, and decrease amount of noise from transactions for the people in the facial room. There is a little changing «area» within the facial rooms so that you can change privately.
My facialist was new but I thought that the facial quality was about the same. This is not a relaxing facial at all — FYI. They scrub and massage your face and upper body with vigorous force. No joke. Extractions are meticulous and they will find every blackhead and get them out. I received a lightening facial, so I was submerged under a clay mask for a long time. The entire facial took about 1.5 hours.
The true test is the skin test the next day. I will say. I saw noticeable improvement to my skin on the drive back home. The next day, my face had a significantly more even tone and some of the spots appear to have faded a little. I had some irritation from the extractions, but that’s been going away as well. At the end of the day, I will exchange a little massage pain for great skin. On that count, this place delivers. And for only $ 40, what have you got to lose? I also bought their Vitamin C serum and that’s been working great as well.
This remains my go-​to facial place.

i left this place happy because i really enjoyed the massages and the different masks the lady had put on me. It was a nice relaxing, soothing experience except for the extractions part of course. I had an 11:30 appt and was taken in immediately and it was nice and quiet. I was in there for almost two hours!
I came out glowing, moisturized, and I did notice a difference in my skin for the next three days and afterwards my face was back to where it started but even worse.
the lady did not do a good job on extractions, she forcefully extracted my pimples that weren’t ready, the ones that just formed the night before without a white head on it so that left me with scabs and now scars. And there were three blackheads that she tried to extract but didn’t get it all out so therefore pushing it deeper under the skin and scarring my skin as well.
yes I did notice the difference in the rest of my face where there are no breakouts, my forehead and chin looked good but the main reason for coming in was I needed help getting my blackheads out. (i dont have acne, only around that time of the month i get a few zits) My blackheads are still there!

I came in today and truth be told, the facials are so much better!
Apparently, this business is under new ownership and the estheticians really took their time getting rid of whiteheads.
I’ve been to this business twice prior today (when it was under a different owner) and my experience today exceeded my expectations. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Ive been going to this place since 2010. The owners changed twice within the past year and I think it’s cool how they still provide similar treatments with the same price. This place looks alot cleaner and feels more like a «spa». I feel very welcomed everytime I go and they make me feel very comfortable.
Considering the price you pay, the treatments are very good. Yoy can also choose to become a member which requires you to purchase 10 treatments with 1 free skincare.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a reputable & cheap skincare!

DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THE PREVIOUS OWNERS WENT?
I can’t find any other place that I like as much as the previous owners.

They will tell you on the phone that everything is the same, but, it is nowhere near the same experience.
They should change the name, so that others aren’t misled to come here!!!

It’s clean, not fancy at all, but it serves its purpose extremely well.
The Korean ladies that perform the treatments are super sweet and attentive.
First of all I called and made an appointment, but when I got there I had to wait about 15 min.
Then I was directed to a room where I changed and lay down and the adventure started… first the usual steam and masks. Then the extractions and massage, that were definitely vigorous but it was effective getting rid of the unwanted stuff (blackheads the extractions and the massage got rid of knots in my neck, back and shoulders)
If you come here don’t expect the zen environment of an actual spa, no lockers or fancy staff.
But expect a great service for your buck. Even though they made me wait their ROI it deserve 5 stars
