Found Dr Scalas after a traumatic experience with another dentist, while in process of having work done during the holidays my prosthesis broke I was mortified, due to office closure for the holidays I only left a message, Dr Scalas returned my call the same day to reassure me something could be done, Sylvia at the front desk called me first thing first day back to their office to make an emergency appointment, that’s dedicated professionalism, I have found my dentist :)

I drive 30 – 45 minutes (with traffic) for my appointments at Bloomfield Dental, and it’s worth it. I’m a bit skiddish when it comes to dentists, and Dr. Scalas puts me at ease. I’ve needed cavities filled, and I’m not exaggerating when I say the procedures were painless. I recommend this office to anybody, and especially to those who are anxious about dental procedures. Also, the office staff is very personable, friendly, and have made it a point to know my name, which is makes the experience that much better.

My family and I have been coming to this dentist office for years. A highly professional, but fun and friendly staff. The people take care of you like you are one of the family. it is also nice to look out and see a Koi pond while getting your work done. VERY RELAXING. Highly recommend!!!

I have been going to Bloomfield Dental for approx. 34 years and I couldn’t be more pleased with their services. The staff is friendly and very professional (some of the girls have been there as long as I have been a client which says A LOT). They make you feel like you are part of the family and actually care to get to know you. The office has beautiful views-​not bad having to look out into a large koi pond when you have your mouth wide open! Dr. Malouf and Dr. Scalas are the most AMAZING dentists around! I get compliments on my teeth all the time and I attribute this to their expertise and up-​to-​date knowledge of the industry.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ALL YOUR DENTAL NEEDS!

Ok, so I just have to say Dr. John Scalas and Bloomfield Dental Group is SERIOUSLY the best in the biz. Truly a great dentist, with an AMAZING practice and a nice, professional staff. Dr. Scalas fixed a chipped tooth so well, I cannot tell which tooth was broken, prior. I had previously seen 3 other dentist regarding this tooth, each trying to convince me to have a procedure I did not need. None of the 3 assured me the issue would be resolved and not an issue again. I will gladly return to Bloomfield Dental Group for routine dental check-​ups.

Out of Network and totally worth it! This office is both professional and friendly. Dr. Malouf and Dr. Scalas are equipped with upgraded tools and technology. Their fees are high, but you get what you pay for. All it takes is one bad dental experience to search for a dentist that will take care of you and that’s at Bloomfield Dental!

What’s not to like?
Friendly staff and painless procedures. Staring out at the Koi pond combined with Nitrous makes for a pleasant dental experience.
