I am an IT/​Executive Coach and Public Speaker who works with leaders who desire to develop themselves and their teams, business professionals who want to obtain better results from their efforts and IT professionals, or, as I call us, «Techies in Transition», who want to make successful career changes. Providing job search and career support to self-​directed professionals and leadership training to organizations is not «work» for me, it is my PASSION!

I am an experienced career and business coach and avid job search strategist, who has contributed to nationally-​published career development books, one of which appeared on the «Today Show». I frequently serve as a guest speaker on a variety of career– and business-​related topics and love to help others excel at their chosen careers.
