Been coming here for years. The place is upstairs and is really clean and neat. I have had multiple appointments for physicals and check ups and they always make me feel at ease.

The layout is a little disorienting as nothing is marked… no «Check In» or «Check Out» (it’s behind the door marked LabCorp) or «Examination Offices» (that’s off to the right). And good luck trying to get out once your doctor releases you (you better had left a trail of popcorn out the door to your car)!
I was there to see Dr. Gray (who is an excellent doctor) and she renewed my meds and gave me sound medical advice.
She’s the best doctor I’ve had since Dr. Fowler at Genesis Medical Clinic.

This review is for Dr Cindy Jen. I saw her several times last year for a few issues, and I was really pleased with how I was treated. She was kind and calm. The thing that stuck out the most was at the end of each visit, she would ask «is there anything else I can do for you» or something like that, to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. I didn’t feel rushed. Thank you Dr Jen I hope you see this!

Doctor Bethany Gray, worse experience EVER with this doctor, I will never want to go back and see her again. She complained that she was running late with her patients. and after hearing the reasons why I made the appointment, she ask me what do I want??? hello, I’m there to hear an answer to my heath issues, and of course I had no answer, and then she said… I’m sorry but there is nothing I can do for you, I don’t have any good answers for you today. So I continue with one more health issue question (a rash) and her response was, «no more questions, I’m running late» So why am I paying for insurance, for the office visit and taking time off from work… for her to say I have no answer for you today? in other words I waste her time and mine!!! Very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed with Dr. Gray services, for that she needs to stay home! Never had any problem with any other doctor in that facility, but I will never want to receive any services from her.

Worst doctor’s visit ever. I walked in, feeling dehydrated after an hour commute from home to the doctor’s office and have been fasting (it’s now 2:00pm). I asked the receptionist, Selena, if she could kindly refill the water cups, she said she’ll do it in a minute. I sit down waiting to be called and I see Selena on her phone.
When I’m seen by the nurse, who’s really sweet, Laura, she took my temp and it’s 100 degrees! The doctor I saw, Dr. Jen, wasn’t a pleasant doctor to be seen either. She questioned everything I asked in a rude and condenscending manner. I will not be returning.

I’ve never actually been. Good luck trying to get an appointment with your doctor, and certainly not a same day appointment! Maybe for the next week, so hope you don’t have anything that needs to be taken care of right away. And good luck if you need a later in the day or earlier in the morning appointment because you work. I choose this dr and have an HMO, and haven’t even been able to see the doctor after an issue I’ve had. Extremely frustrating.

I have been going to this doctor for 17 years. For the most part, they were OK, not great, but in the last few months my experience with them has been extremely frustrating. I went in for an X-​ray, and after my examination, they sent me downstairs to another office for the actual X-​ray. Three weeks later, I received a bill for the x-​ray, but had no idea of the results. When I called the x-​ray office, they refused to give me the results and advised me to call the doctor. Getting a hold of a doctor at this place is nearly impossible, and the office personnel are very cold and impersonal. Finally, after making enough noise, I got a call back from a nurse practitioner, who gave me the results. When I asked why the doctor didn’t call me to tell me the results, she had no answer. Not good. That doesn’t compare to what happened next. I came in for a blood test for my medication. About a month later, I called the pharmacy to refill my prescription. The doctor neglected to send my results to the pharmacy as they should have done after the blood test, so the pharmacy faxed over a request for my prescription. Dr. Chen, who I had seen before, sent a fax back, stating she had no idea who I was. This is strange because my name is in the office’s database and they were the ones who gave me the prescription. They certainly had no problem sending me a bill for the blood test. Anyway, I called the doctor’s office to check and see if I was still their database. They said I was. Then I asked why Dr. Chen sent a fax back, stating she didn’t know me. The office worker I spoke to denied that happened and said the prescription was filled. I contacted the pharmacy and they said my medication was approved by another doctor and was ready for pick up. They are going to give me a copy of the fax from Dr. Chen, and I am going to the office to show them. At the same time, I’m grabbing my medical records and finding another doctor. I can no longer deal with the carelessness of the Centers For Family Medicine, and will find a new, more reliable doctor. My advice to anyone seeking medical attention is to stay away from this place. To put it bluntly, they are a danger and a cancer to anyone’s health and well-​being, and they do not deserve mine or anyone else’s business. Their office staff is extremely rude and the medical staff moves people around there like cattle.

I came to see Dr. Yu for a possible sinus infection. Apparently, it was viral so I just had to wait it out. Dr. Yu was very personable and patient. She explained everything to me in a comprehensive manner. I ended up having my (first) annual physical with her as well. I’m just waiting for my lab work to come back.
Unlike most doctors offices, the wait time was very reasonable here. I would definitely recommend them.
