I stopped in early in the morning because my brakes were so bad I could even hear them, not good! However I was warmly met by Mike, Mikey and Brent. They were able to put my car up on their rack and after getting an explanation of the services necessary and a quote they went to work straight away on it. That being said, I was offered a ride home if desired and even a ride back. I chose to shop around the center while I waited. I took advantage of the free beverages and the work was done before I knew it. The icing on the cake… I received a $ 25.00 discount at checkout. I highly recommend this place especially for all the women, you will be treated with respect and not be taken advantage of. Mention you were referred by a customer and I believe you too get a discount. Yeah, 25.00 bucks is not bad, use my name if you like or whomever. Best wishes!

Been coming here for 15 or more years I’m always treated well and never had a problem I have been having my work fleet serviced here since 2000 and my personal cars before that. Always upfront pricing. Sometimes I have to wait my turn when I roll in but thats to be expected when they have the volume of car’s in the service bay

Locations and he had to go there even thoigh his last one was done through them. Absurd

Do NOT go here, they will CHEAT you!
They charged me DOUBLE what the dealer would have charged me and when asked why, I was told that was standard markup and they had to make their money somehow. They told me my car was too dangerous to drive, so basically, I was held hostage… I need my car for work and to get my son to school, so I had them fix it. I felt as though I had no choice. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

My boyfriend’s been coming here for 10 years and has consistently been getting excellent service & the best price.
He called around & they offered the best price on tires.
He had a flat & they quoted him $ 10 to fix the fiat. They ended up not charging him.
Quick, easy & inexpensive oil changes for 10 years!

I wish i could give negative stars. My friend and I went in to get an oil change and tire rotation. When picking up the cars and asked if the tires were indeed rotated because it didn’t look like they had been, they assured us that they were. Our front tires wore down pretty quick indicating they had never rotated our tires and now we need new tires when we could’ve gotten a few more months on them. Before making a trip to las vegas recently we checked the oil on my car and it turned out that my engine would’ve blown if I hadn’t checked the oil before leaving! There were only 2 quarts of oil left in my car out of 6 quarts! They never even changed my oil!
I will never come back to this place and will tell everyone I know NOT to come here. They seem very nice in person but they DONT actually do the work! If its something they know it will be hard for you to double check they will not do the work! People have marked their tires to make sure they get rotated and this shop was caught LYING about having rotated them!
If you need new tires they can’t NOT change your tires because thats pretty obvious. If you are watching them then of course they HAVE to do the work. Otherwise, if they can get away with it THEY WILL TRY!
BEWARE OF THIS SHOP.

What a great experience! My tire was low on air and I needed to get to work so I stopped in at 7AM and they helped me right away. They found two screws in my tire and patched it for me. AND they did this with a smile and didn’t even charge me. Mike at the front desk has amazing customer service skills! Kudos to the whole staff. I will definitely be coming back!!!

I came here about a month ago cuz my car died right outside. They were nice and didn’t give me the «girl» treatment. They listened then fixed my car same day. Even sent me a have written Thank you card for using them. They seem about average wirh price. All the employees are nice and friendly.

I came here about 3 weeks ago, I am a single mother of 2 girls and It was a rainy Monday morning, I woke up to find out I had a flat tire… I had the guts and strength to actually change the tire and put on a donut, I still wanted to make sure that the tire was on right since I am driving with my girls, I stopped by this place to have the guys just check it, that’s it… I was not looking to purchase a tire until pay day. They tell me I actually did a great job, next thing you know they are asking me for the flat tire, they take it to the back start removing the rim and putting it on a new tire, im like ” wait no I don’t have money, I cannot purchase this tire” the manager tells me, «ITS ON US» I was like WOW WOW WOW WOW, no way, who does this? who ever gives out anything for free. WELL THEY DO, they saw a struggling mother of 2 and no questions they helped me. GOD BLESS YOU GUYS Im very thankful and forever will be grateful. Good people are still out there. Leslie and the girls… :)

Here is an update. Unfortunately they win!!! We bought a life time oil change from Brent years ago under prior ownership because they had been trustworthy. The past 4 times we have gone there for the oil change either the works was not done right or we were sold a bill of goods. All 4 times they continually disconnect the alarm to the van requiring a trip to the dealership to fix it because «they don’t know how this happens». This time they recommended shocks which «we’re leaking oil all over the place». Funny thing is we just had the brakes done at a reputable mechanic and no shocks were needed.
So you guys win Brent. We will NOT be back for anything. My wife is a teacher and works way to hard to be lied to and to have to take time away to continually go to the dealership to fix the alarm you disconnect.
Stay away from these guys!!!

I had a coupon for an oil change. Jesse helped me at the counter. He was super friendly and efficient. We bonded over puck rock bands. I left my car with them, and went next door to get lunch. When I got back, I waited in their waiting area for less than 10 minutes. There was free water, coffee, and soda. Great experience!

This car place is the best, most trustworthy shop around! I have been going here for 20 years and have never had a bad experience! Brent is the BEST! Mike and Jessie are so helpful and friendly. It is a great warm feeling walking in the shop, I am greeted by name with a friendly smile! They always listen to whatever crazy thing is going on with my car and get to the bottom of it for the best price around. My whole family takes their cars there also. I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! Thanks guys!

I have been using this establishment on and off for well over 20 yrs! and they’ve gotten their fair share of money out of me for so called needed repairs. I’ve lived in Cypress for 25 plus years and use to trust these guys until recently. Every time I’ve taken one of our automobiles in for service (Oil Change/​Tire Rotation, etc) I’ve received a call that they’ve discovered problems or preventative maintenance that was needed! Most has been questionable at best. The store manager (Brent) has always been fair to me when I’ve questioned things and if one of his employee’s was not up front about the service needed and the amount of time needed for service — he’s given me a discount or given me a free oil change and complete lube and tire rotation. My issue is my time wasted when the vehicle was not ready! or more importantly — receiving a call about needed or recommended repairs! Example! $ 1700 needed on my 2003 truck (GMC Sierra 2500 4×4 Crew Cab Duramax Diesel) The truck has 73 000 original miles and has never been off road — Wheel bearings out in front? Transmission needed to be flushed, Transfer Case needed to be flushed, differential needed to be flushed, on and on!. However, in the very next breath — This truck is very clean and well maintained!
It seems to me that these guys are always out to get me! And I’ve seen them first had pressure several female customers into so called needed repairs when I’ve been in there for service myself! and when they’ve said No! Then it’s a safety issue that should be taken care. Unbelievable that they continue to get away with this.
I will no longer use these guys for future car maintenance (such as oil changes, tires, etc) I’ll take it to the dealer who always has specials going… They’ve lost my business

I went to get a new tire after suffering a flat. I was in and out of the store within half an hour, granted it wasn’t busy. They did try to sell me a second tire, but they weren’t aggressive.
Very friendly service, professional workers. I’d definitely go back!

I went here today after finding a coupon in the Money Mailer iPhone app for a $ 14.99 oil change which they honored. The only drawback of this place is the ridiculously long wait. I came here today on a Sunday at 1pm. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs and ironically honest.

Well, I have a 1979 Firebird. I built this thing from the ground up and i know how my baby works. One day my brakes went bad and I came in and they told me that I would need a new master cylinder $ 200, a proportioning valve rebuild for $ 300, and a fluid flush for $ 160! Now let me say that I bought a master cylinder myself for $ 30 at Rockauto, and installed it and bleed the system myself! The car now brakes fine! The interesting thing is that they wanted $ 300 to rebuild the proportioning valve, when a new performance one would cost around $ 75, and it wasn’t even broken! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Went in for an oil change. The service technician came to the waiting area to inform me that: 1) I needed to have the transmission fluid replaced ($ 140 bucks!) 2) needed to have the brake fluid replaced (another $ 140 bucks) and, 3) needed to have the rotors resurfaced.
My rotors had been resurfaced within the past six months, the manual recommends replacing the trans. fluid at 120K miles (I had less than 78K mi.) and the brake fluid was also fine.
When a repair shop will lie to my face just to make a buck I will keep my business elsewhere. My regular mechanic will stay my first point of contact for routine maintenance and repair.

I saw a coupon in the Valpak mailer for a free oil change, so why not?! I made an appt for 2pm today, showed up, waited for about 45 min for the oil change and didn’t pay one penny. It’s only for first time customers so if you look through your Valpak mailers, pull it out and save yourself $ 30! =)
