DONOT come here unless you want your clothes ruined.. They ruined my dress that I needed a day before a wedding i was going to. The lady in charge was having a hard time finding my name and when she finally did she said i gave her the wrong phone number… ummmm. i think I know my own number. And when she did locate my dress and I noticed it was ruined i said i wasn’t paying for it. she didn’t even apologize just said«yea I wouldn’t either» I had problems with them before but because its right across the street from my house I decided to give them another try… i guess that’s my bad. But I just feel that if they don’t know how to work with a certain fabric, just don’t touch it, be careless and ruin it.

I have been using this dry cleaner for over 10+ years and have always experienced top rate service. The owners are very professional and do outstanding work at reasonable prices and without a long wait. I have found them to be very accommodating, friendly & customer-service oriented. Great service!

I use to go here a few years back and I loved the owner. She was always so sweet and had my dresses/pants tailored when I needed them. I just moved back to this area, so I went back to diamonds and had the worse experience. I guess new owners took over and they send clothes out to another location to be cleaned. When I got my clothes back there was a horrible odor and my blouse was ruined. They didn’t apologize or even reimburse me!

This place is terrible and your clothes will smell like curry, if that is your thing. They were not willing to do a refund and after they tried fixing it she said ot doesnt smell as bad as before. Just terrible, the worker even told us not to come back here.

Went to this place based on the reviews below. Nice little shop, the lady there is nice. Wasn’t outrageously friendly but something about her said, «I work hard and don’t bs around.» I had a rayon, silk type of dress I really love. Ruined it by trying to remove a small stain with soap and water. It had water stains and a big whitish ring and I thought the dress was unsalveagable(based on how it looked and what I read about the fabric) but this place got most of it out and did a pretty good job. Considering I was expecting the stain to fully remain, they did an excellent job and the stain is barely there and I can totally still wear the dress! Sooooo happy. This is my absolute fave dress. Glad I could trust this place now! I also had the place sew up a skirt I ripped in the back. They did a nice job! I will def be returning to this place !!

I have been to this place a couple of times to get my dress pants and dressy tops dry cleaned. I’ve also had a pair of dress pants hemmed at this place. I have never had a problem with the dry cleaning, the service, the turnaround or the price. A week ago, I decided to eat Filipino food for dinner and decided to not change out of the rayon/cotton/nylon dress I was wearing and of course, by the end of dinner, I had oil/grease stains on the dress. I though the dress was a goner, but I decided to bring it to Diamond Cleaners and voila! — all the oil stains were removed! I am very pleased with their service and would recommend it to others.

I’ve been to this place plenty of times with dry clean only jackets, stained clothes, formal wear, etc, and I’ve always been pleased with the quality of the cleaning, turnaround time, and prices. Not much you can write about a dry cleaners other than whether or not it’s a good one. This one is.
