I bought the Groupon for the keratin treatment. The lady I made the appointment with was late by about 15 mins. She also asked me to refund my Groupon purchase and to pay her out of pocket so that she could «make more money» this way. I politely refused because that seemed like a really odd request and I didn’t feel comfortable with that. During my keratin treatment after the product had been applied to my hair, she informed me that there would be an additional $ 30 charge for long hair, even though the Groupon clearly stated it was $ 15 (and I even showed it to her!!!). She refused to honor that price. I will never be coming here again.
