History

Established in 1998.

Dr. Noemi D. Larragoiti

Dr. Noemi Larragoiti, optometrist, is available to provide eye care services through her office, Forever Eyes Optometry. She graduated from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, where she received an award for her fine research in the area of contact lenses. She did undergraduate work at California State University in Fullerton, earning her Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in chemistry.

Following her studies at the university, she pursued her lifelong dream of becoming an optometrist and opening an Optometry office in Cypress. Her extensive background of over 25 years in the field of optometry allows her clients to benefit from the most advanced optometric services. Her focus with her clients is to provide extensive and individualized attention.

Dr. Larragoiti is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Simply the best! I have been with Dr. Larragoiti for years and most recently I needed a lot of help with finding the right bifocal contact lenses. Dr. Larragoiti is patient, extremely knowledgeable and simply wouldn’t stop trying options until I was totally happy. I truly can’t say enough about the doctor and her staff. Each one of them is friendly, competent and follows up. I used to work in the area and no longer do, but I have no trouble traveling a bit to get this kind of care and service.

Everyone here is really lovely!!!
Once you enter instantly greeted with a friendly hello.
Once one of the girls did my test I only waiting like 10 min for the doc to call me in and she is super kind! After everything the woman who helped me pick out my glasses was very kind as well! I think her name was Aracely but ya over all excellent experience!

I found this place and decided to try because of the Unilocal reviews. I have 3 boys in which 2 need glasses. I love this place my boys found great glasses they love and now wear everyday and the staff is awesome. The girl at the front dest is very friendly and greets u with a smile. Everyone here is very helpful and my visits all 3 times with my boys were not long. Love this place and this is my sons new Eye Care Center

When I walked in they were friendly and made you feel comfortable. This was my first time there and I will go back. Got a good deal on a pair of glasses and the girl there even helped me pick out a pair that looked good on me. Since I’m no eye fashion expert, I needed all the help I could get. And the price was very reasonable for the glasses. The Dr. is a sweet lady and makes you feel like a friend. Thank you Forever Eyes! You have just got a new customer!

This is a great optometrist. I have been going there for over 3 yrs. I recently went there after my eye surgery. My vision had been blurred and so the Dr. who did the surgery told me that I needed a change in eye prescription. I went here for my eye exam and it turned out I had something called a glaucoma crisis, whiched ending up be a reaction from the medication the surgery had given me. She immediately called the surgery and they had me stop taking the medication and had some other medication called in .Had I gone much longer I could have lost my vision. Even the surgery was impressed that she caught that. Thanks so much.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Larrogotti’s for years. He kept telling me to switch optometrists and go to her. Finally, I took his advice. Glad I did! The machinery in her office she uses for testing your eyes is state of the art, and she really took the time with me during my appointment. In no way did I feel ‘rushed’. She really wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my new contact lens prescription — even giving me a few one-​day samples to make sure I was happy with the new prescription before placing a contact lens order. I will continue to see Dr. Larrogotti — she was great!

I’ve been coming here for over 10 years. The service is always welcoming and I wouldn’t consider seeing another optometrist. She’s amazing and just adds the kind and personal touch I find priceless, especially when it comes to my health. Recently I got 2 pairs of glasses and a pair of contacts all for a reasonable price. The office is small and in a strip mall but the technology and quality for care is second to none. Thank you for the wonderful years of service!
