Lost the lower piece of my front bumper going through some flood water on 16 Tacoma. Went to dealership had them order it for me took it to Galson had the piece painted and installed. Picked it up two days later even though it was ready the next day. It was painted perfectly matching my truck with no defects in the paint couldnt have asked for a better paint job. Staff was super friendly/​nice just very welcoming. Thanks Ravi!!!

Great shop and wonderful customer service. We were buying a car for a charity and this shop did a lot of work on the car for free out of the goodness of their hearts. It says a lot about people when they want to truly help people, especially when it isn’t for financial gain.
They also fixed some things up on our personal cars and did an excellent job.
We’ve already referred a few people here.

They fixed our truck after it was rear ended. Our tail light is coming off now. Part of it came off already. Instead of putting new parts on, they glued the old parts into place. They didnt fix it correctly. Tail lights should not be glued on. The part that fell off was not a part that shows, and was covered in some kind of hot glue. The rest of the light is starting to fall off now. They also took a very long time to do the repairs in the first place. Don’t go to them!

It’s hard to know who you can trust when it comes to car work. My husband Josh needed some work done on his car and he wasn’t sure where to go. That’s why he asked some friends for a referral. Turns out a couple of his friends have gone to Galson Auto & Body, and felt their work was not only great, but honest and legitimate. The guys working there are extremely professional and extremely helpful. They don’t give you the run around or feed you crap about all the work they have to do. We went to 2 other body shops before coming here (hey you have to do some research before taking someone’s word) and Galson was by far the lowest priced and quick turn around. If you are looking for body work for your car, look no further, this is the best place to go. Going forward, we know we have a «body guy» for life. Thanks Galson Auto & Body!

The auto shop is awesome but steer clear of the body shop!!! These people are completely incompetent. The parts guy is extremely useless. The shop manager could care less and one of the receptionists is extremely rude. Took over a month to complete a «repair» that was shockingly simple (they literally had to swap out a piece) and in the end they still got it completely wrong… after 3 tries!!! Never, ever will I give them my business again. DO NOT go there.

Hands down the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Not only does Ravi and his team meet your expectations they blow past them. They have handled the last 3 repairs for my truck and my wife’s car, and made a terrible situation as pleasant as possible and have done excellent work. I mean this when I say it that his is a company worth going out of your way if you need any body work done .

I wrecked my work van, in my defense, (the tree hit me), I called a family member that works for Toyota, and he referred me to Ravi. He immediately got to work on letting me know how much I would possibly be out of pocket for the damage, and asked for pictures. Within a couple of days, my taillight was in and he had me bring the van in to have it replaced by one of the coolest workers they have there (Rocco/​guy with all the tattoo). He popped it in, in no more than 3 minutes which was well appreciative. The following week, I dropped the van off for the rest of the work that took 4 – 5 days because of ordering a new bumper. The only thing I was disappointed about was the lack of communication, I received after dropping the van off, and I expected that the entire completion of the van would be resolved or that we would communicate is anything additional was needed or had changed, which did not happen, and resulted in me receiving the van with minor damage still present and was told that it wasn’t fixed because it was not in the price that was quoted from the pictures. I expected that once in his possession, he would call and explain or maybe even inform me that it was not as expected, more damage was found and given me the opportunity to say yes go ahead and fix it completely or declined the service.
Overall they did a wonderful job on the van, bumper and taillight, looks new and work was completed in a timely manner. Ravi is a cool dude, and did everything in his power to even stop a noise that was coming from the tail pipe. Very appreciative of their work, and I will take the blame for the miscommunication of the services needed!

I went to Ravi’s with my leased car because it had gotten a few scratches and i wanted to get a small paint job before trading in my car. Ravi was quick to let me know i might be better off trading in the car «as is» since the dealer would probably be keen to absorb the cost if I got a new lease. He then hooked me up with a dealer who gave me a great price on a new lease, so i got rid of my old car without having to pay for the damage. So not only an honest body shop — which, trust me are hard to find — but also one willing to forego business if it makes their customers happy. Priceless!

Galson auto repair exceeds reputation. I had heard many positive comments and read many positive reviews about this establishment. From the first phone call to the final pick up of my vehicle, Galson Auto Repair was nothing short of stellar! Courteous, friendly, helpful, honorable, honest, trustworthy, integrity are just a few words that describe this auto body shop and the employees that work there. Customer service is absolutely job 1 and there work is second to none! It is without reservation that I recommend Galson Auto Repair for all of your auto needs!

Stay away!!! In September of 2013, I took my Nissan to Galson. At the suggestion of shop foreman, John, we replaced the motor. After three months of no car and spending $ 6000 for this, he advised that the catalytic converters & O2 sensors need to be replaced. Another $ 2000 and a month without my car. Three months later, vehicle developed exhaust leak. Took back, they replaced, another month without my car. Three to four months later, same thing again. Then several more months later, had to take back to fix problem with cylinder heads. That meant 2 months without my car. Now, catalytic converters are leaking again. Now I have taken my vehicle to Meineke and they informed me that have never seen anything like what was done to my exhaust system. It appears that Galson didn’t even replace the motor with the same year as my vehicle! Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!!

Someone local recommended Galson’s and I was not disappointed. My phone calls were returned promptly; everyone was courteous; the time frame for my repair was honored, and best of all, they saved me about half the amount it would have cost had I brought the vehicle into a dealership. If I ever need repairs again, I know where I’m going, and if anyone ever needs a recommendation, I now have an answer.

The other day my car broke down and had to get my car towed. These guys were happy to tow my car for a reasonable cost. Left my car with them while I kicked back and relaxed with friends. Was told the car would be ready at 3PM so I showed up at 3PM on the dot and my car was actually done! What a pleasant surprise. I’ve driven about 1,500 miles since getting my car fixed and she seems to be running happily. Would highly recommend them. Their friendly staff members David and John, if I recall the names correctly, will make your bad day that much better!

Highly recommended! Great personal service and they work with you on keeping repair costs as low as possible.

I park my car in a big parking lot for work, and some idiot backed into the right rear corner underneath my tail light without leaving a note. Couldn’t bump it out myself from the trunk Cuz damage was too bad. Disheartened, I called up Ravi at Galson to see if he could fit me in on a last minute request to get it fixed. Luckily for me, he was very accommodating and understanding! He told me to come in the next day and when I showed up on a Thursday morning, the shop was super busy and super crowded. He still made me feel like an important customer even though my car job wasn’t too labor-​hefty (in comparison to some couple who wrecked their car that morning). I waited about 45 minutes total, was given up to dates throughout my wait, and walked out with my car fixed in great shape once again! Ravi is one awesome owner who understands customer service! He has well-​trained staff and technicians who work for him. His staff is pretty down to earth and nice to everyone even when it’s hectic. I will be taking my business there from now on (even though he’s in cypress) — it’s worth the money and service.

I have to start this review off with saying… I hate car problems. I hate going to an auto repair shop and most of all… I…hate…waiting.
I am NOT going to say this place releaves you from that woe.
I am NOT going to say this place can fix your car to such perfection that it will never break down again.
What I will say is that since this spot was taken over by the new owner a few years ago and changed it to a full auto repair spot and not just an oil change center, it has been a go to place for car troubles. They give you a good fair price and will not nickel and dime you for that whole service engine soon light «panic» pay anything scam that many other auto repair places do. If they charge you for that test, they will credit it back to your repair.
I’ve had great service here with very satisfying expectations. On my last visit here last week I just went for the yearly inspection sticker. It was almost 2 hours after their inspection closing but they did mine anyways. That’s great customer service and they remembered me from over a year ago.
I hope I never see them again for a car repair, but if I need it done. I will only go to them.

I recently got into a minor fender bender and took my car to Galson. They not only did a great job on fixing my car but the customer service and knowledge of the team goes above and beyond what I would expect. They made it extremely easy for me to drop-​off and pick-​up my vehicle. They worked directly with my insurance company along with the rental agency to ensure my time involved was limited. I can’t thank them enough for all their help in getting my car fixed well and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone!
