Possibly the most friendly and helpful cashiers and baggers in the city! I have been to this location multiple times and I’m constantly impressed by their staff. Yesterday, as I gathered my bags of groceries from the cashiers counter, I left my tomatoes. The cashier came all the way out to the parking lot to hand me my tomatoes and wish me a good day! Well done, above and beyond! In addition, they have a growing organic foods selection and specialty items.

Doesn’t get any better than this. This HEB has a great staff throughout their store and all are friendly, attentive and exude a sincere attitude to help you when asked. It is often said that the attitude of the staff often reflects the manager who directs them. While I’ve never met the manager, it obviously has something to do with how he treats his staff — Keep doing what you’re doing ! It’s working !! Great service, excellent prices, small town feel with big city professionalism !

I love H-E-B in general. It is my absolute favorite grocery store. But this location is definitely my favorite location. They have every item in stock. even when they have a meal deal and they do run out they find a solution. Numerous times at the tomball location I was told I was just out of luck. The checkers and staff are polite and courteous. The floors and shelves are clean and organized. It is so worth driving the extra three minutes to go to this location. They even have a larger health and beauty department than many of their other locations.

Do not come to HEB on Sunday. They are pretty much out of everything. My biggest complaint is they NEVER have my ice cream. They are ALWAYS sold out no matter what day of the week I try. Heb needs to order more Haagen Dazs Vanilla or Vanilla bean. Why not order more? The whole ice cream aisle is empty. We switched to heb from Kroger but the past few weeks things have been going down hill. HEBMANAGERPLEASEREFILLHAAGENDAZSICECREAMSTOCK.

I love the grocery store… I don’t like to go unless I have atleast an hour to look at every single thing and see what inspires me to get creative in the kitchen. This location is nice, clean, and they seem to have a grasp on how to open up new lanes to accommodate long lines… I never seem to have to wait for very long. I usually buy my live crawfish here and they are usually good size… no complaints. Never any flies in the produce section…+. The only thing that I don’t like about this HEB is that unlike some of the others I have been to they don’t carry my new favorite peanuts… Lord Nut Levington.

Reminds me of Whole Foods without all of the dill holes. Excellent selection. Clean. Helpful. I am a regular. Great deli as well

This store is great. We have always preferred HEB over other grocery stores, and this location has great customer service. For example: The other day it started pelting rain while my daughter and I were shopping and when one of the employees saw us preparing to run out to my truck he intercepted me with an umbrella. He let me use it to get to my truck and waited at the store entrance for me to drive it back up to him. On top of the the service, HEB has great products. They place a lot of emphasis in their store brand products. They are even their own producer and supplier for several staples like milk, ice cream and eggs.

Go here all the time and usually HEB is great, some reason the Bakery dept. had no time for people this morning.(Sunday at 10:25 am 3⁄29) No one wanted to wait on me from behind the counter, the woman closest to the counter was busy adjusting her pants/belt, also there were 6 people there and not one of them even made an effort to say«just a moment ’ or make eye contact. Very unusual for HEB customer service today. Stayed for about two minutes, then checked out and went back again. Then there were more people waiting. It took a while for someone to get to them. I just walked away, this bakery dept. sucks. Only time I had great service here is when it had a grand opening.

I love having this HEB so close! The selection is great, the only downfall is that we are big coffee drinkers and their selection is limited. I Wish they would of set a bigger area for coffee. Overall great experience and fresh products. Bakery visit is a must!

This location of HEB grocery store is fantastic. I hope that they continue to upkeep this one. There are so many fantastic little extras here, such as truffles and fudge by the pound at the bakery, a huge selection of artisan cheeses, a large variety of individually priced freshly baked rolls, tons of hard to find goodies on every aisle. We are much closer to the two HEB’s along 290 here in Cypress, but we prefer to drive a bit further and enjoy this awesome new location. Bonus, it never seems crowded here, at least yet.

My new go to HEB. I love the look of the exterior at this location, clean modern look. You can tell this is a true neighborhood store when it comes to parking, no searching for an open spot, no waiting for someone to leave to sneak in. After shopping at either the Barker@290 or Vintage locations we all know this is a wonderful thing! The interior is just as great, wide aisles and nice selections. All staff members I’ve talked to have been extra friendly and helpful. Just a great store all around.

I seriously love this HEB! Not just because it is so close to my house(although that is a big part), but there is always easy parking, it has huge wide aisles & never feels crowded, the staff is friendly, and the gas is cheap. The store does have a slightly smaller selection than the Vintage store, but has everything you need and more-you’d have to be very particular to be disappointed(such as the fact that I wish they had sourdough bread rounds not squares… but I’ll live). This is my go-to store for sure!

I have always loved HEB, and I am so happy to have one 5 min. away now! I am particularly impressed with this one. They have just opened, but are performing seamlessly with none of the«just-open» hiccups to my knowledge. The employees are particularly friendly and helpful and the store is large, well stocked and thoughtfully laid out. Recently I was picking up some weekly groceries and the ladies at the seafood counter brought out a live lobster to show my 4 yr. old daughter(see pic above). Made both of our days! The only negative I would add is that all of the baked good are set out in uncovered displays in the middle of the isle! Gross! Who thought that this would be a sanitary or appealing option?! I have always loved their fresh bakery items and my daughters love the big muffins. But if I can’t find their favorites pre-packaged I pass; what a shame! Could be a great adjustment!

This HEB location is great and they seem to have taken all the good workers from their Vintage location. The parking is easy to get in and out from both Grant and Spring Cypress. The produce section is great with lots of fresh options. The meat and seafood counters are smaller than the Vintage location, but seem to have their bases covered. Also features a good sized beer and wine section. The aisles are wide and easy to navigate. The only place I constantly see congestion is in the Dairy area. It is tightly laid out, so traffic seems to pile up in this specific area. The only trouble I have found so far is that with the location being so new, my doctors are having trouble finding it to send prescriptions here. I’m sure this will work out over time.

This HEB is set up differently from the one on Louetta so most people were constantly looking up at the signs. It is a nice store though. It had everything I was looking for. Fresh produce. Lots of options. It is closer to home so this will now be my go-to HEB

Brand new, spotlessly clean, easily accessible, with a great selection… HEB rules Houston, but will certainly force the Kroger up the road to get their«A game» out if they want to stay viable. Love this place!

Awesome new store. They have $ 2.67 gas and a car wash. Seafood market and meat market. Lots of gourmet selections. Produce was plentiful. Wine, beer and coffee galore. Love HEB.
