New owners. Been here for 2 years. They had a promotion when the first came here and I decided to try them. I had been going to the one next to 7⁄11. Both are okay. I like the politeness of the owners. I do prefer the wife’s cutting over the men’s but they both have experience and it shows in their work.

My family’s been going to this guy for awhile now, even before this place opened up in Cypress and he held his«salon» in his garage. Honestly, the only reason was because it was cheap and he was a family friend’s friend who asked us to help him out in his baby stages. Both the guy and his wife cut hair, and let me tell you that you’ll never get what you want, and always what they want, a customer’s nightmare. On top of that, they treat their young adult customers with utmost rudeness. How the hell do you excuse a 45 minute wait after the appointed time not once, not twice, but thrice? It sucked even more since I was Korean and younger than they are, which obviously gives them leeway to cater to the older and whiter crowd first. Why. I’m glad to say that I’ve moved on to Kim Sun Young ever since I could drive and bizzounce my unsatisfied self to LA. Oh why oh why did I trust the bald man with my hair?

first! i get my hair cut by philip & have been for quite a few years. he understands my hair(asian) & can cut a great wash & go style for me. nice décor(more than expected for the shopping plaza) & can’t beat the price compared to those fancy salons i’ve gone to & left with styles i can never replicate @ home. i’ve taken my sister & we will continue to go there :)
