I am happy to share with you that every closed escrow means a donation to Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) from me in my clients name. I was honored to be named CHOC/​ReMax 2013 Miracle Agent of the Year! Our ReMax charity «Realtors for Kids» allows us to make annual donations to local schools and PTAs benefiting our local school aged children. Giving back to my community!

Kim Zander epitomizes integrity, hard work, energy and a genuine desire for her clients highest good in every aspect of the real estate transaction.

Zander grew up in the Northern Orange County, attended local schools and has raised her children here. Kim treasures time spent with her family and especially the newest addition, her first grandson. Kim enjoys skiing, swimming, boating, the theater and baseball games.

Realizing the responsibility of representing Kim’s clients in one of the largest investments they will make in their lifetime, Zander holds the Graduate of Realtor Institute designation (GRI), a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), an e-​Pro certification and a Quality Service Certified (QSC), Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (CDPE) and Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS).

Awards include, Coldwell Banker Star Realty Rookie of the Year, ReMax 100% Club and Platinum Club. Giving back is fundamental to Kim with contributions to CHOC and local schools.
