I really like this place!
I have a Pomeranian and take him to get groomed every few months. I really like their work and my dog always seems happy to be there. Dog grooming can be expensive but I do feel like the price is worth the results. He always looks beautifully groomed and smells really good! It doesn’t usually take very long and is not far from home. When I pick him up he always has a cute little bandana as well!
I’ll definitely be back!

They were very accommodating and squeezed my dog in at the last minute since petsmart was booked. The dog came back happy and cleaner than he’s ever been after the groomer. He smells like baby powder and they trimmed around his genitals, trimmed his nails, and put a little bandana around his neck even though we only charged for a wash. I think we found a new groomer! The price was reasonable too! We are very happy with their service.

Ive been searching for many dog groomers and I think I finally found the one. I hate trimming my dogs nails as they move around or trying to cut their hair but this dog groom shop did it just the way I would have wanted it to be. Not only did they respect my dog but they asked how I wanted my dog to be groomed and I really like the cute bow they add on after grooming my dog. I definetly recommend people bring in their dogs if they hate doing it themselves.

I have been taking my little dog Lily there for the past year. I love it there. They are nice and friendly to not only me but to my pet. My dog loves going there and they do a great job. I even got my Dog back this time with a cute pink bandana! I would recommend this place to all.

I had been coming here for a while. I used to go to there other location off of Walker. Seems though they raise there rates every chance they get. I’m no longer happy there and will find a new groomer.

The owners are very nice to both me and my dog. They always cut my dogs fur however I ask them. They also give my dog a little bow in her hair when they’re done with her! Prices aren’t expensive either. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to bring their dogs here!

My shih tzu needed a cut and my regular groomer wasn’t open so I stopped by and gave it a try. When I walked in, I noticed a dog in the back whining loudly as she was getting groomed. Although I was a little worried I ignored it, signed a waiver, left my dog, and waited for the call that she was ready. Except for the way she styled the tail, overall the cut was fine and the price was a little better than my other groomer. What lead me to giving this 1 star review was not the cut but the fleas she got after coming here. When I left her she had no fleas but when she got back she did. Although the lady is nice and she gave me a coupon for my next visit, I don’t think I’ll ever come back here ever again.

I have a 17 year old Jack Russell mix and he HATES getting his nails trimmed. I give him vitamins that make his nails super thick so I’m not able to cut them myself. I’ve taken him to so many different places over the years trying to find someone who can cut them short enough where I don’t have to come back in two weeks. I took him to Petco in Cypress and the guy did such an awful job, my dog was bleeding everywhere and we were both traumatized.
Needless to say the nail trim has become a stressful experience for us both. I decided to try this place because they told me I could walk right in and not have to wait or leave him in a cage for hours. I’m so glad I came here.
They took my dog right away and were so patient with him. He struggles, he cries, he growls, he tries to bite the clippers, he’s a legitimate nightmare. The ladies are so kind to him and try to be careful because he is an old man with sore joints. Honestly I have so much respect for them for staying patient and never getting aggressive with him.
If you have an older dog and nail trimming is an awful experience for you I would highly recommend these ladies.

We’ve been taking our small maltese mix for over a year. Tina does an excellent job with her. She keeps her hair at just the right length and always listens to my or my husband’s requests on what we think our baby needs. Parker (our dog) doesn’t get anxious to go and is never there for longer than a couple hours. She always comes home beautiful and smelling wonderful! I highly recommend this groomer for any pup that needs professional grooming or even just a spa day!

I have a Maltese boy who is turning 4 years old soon. He came back from this place looking just adorable and fabulous! I am one hundred percent satisfied and so is my dog. He scares easy, but he was taken care of so well at this place that when he came back, he looked calm and pampered; normally he shivers like crazy when he comes back from a grooming place. I also like the price and how kind the staff are. I am so glad that I found the grooming place that I wanted for so long!

I like the hair style they do. My dog, Tiger had a lot of tangled and matted hair because I was out of town. I thought he is going to be ugly after shaving. But when I pick him up, he becomes a brand new dog. Body is nice and neat. Also face is short and cute. And they explain me that how to maintain good hair condition for my tiger. Thanks Paw House! I will definitely come back in 2 month for my tiger‘s hair cut.

Been taking 3 dogs here for years! Family uses the same groomers, they never come home with fleas or cuts. Always thoroughly cleaned and you can tell they really pay attention to the details when it comes to trimming and fur styling. They are always very courteous and on time, and remember my dogs by their names. My go to groomers!
They give your girl dogs hair bows and boy dogs awesome patterned bandanas at no extra cost!

I like this store… neatly and pretty cutting. makes my dog smell nice. Makes my dog look fresh and cleaner. Takes good care of my dog. I really like it.

I have been here a few times but I won’t be returning ever after what my dog just experienced.
She’s barely 2 years old and is a smaller dog. Maltese, shitzu, yorkie combination. She’s very soft and weighs under 10lbs. I asked if she could be shaved. When I came to pick her up, she had cuts all over her stomach and legs. The employee said they wouldn’t charge me and told me «her skin moves a lot». I left so upset and sad for my little girl. She was so scared and traumatized for hours. I looked closely at her body and noticed her vaginal area was scratched and swollen. Her anal area was also inflamed and scratched. She has two large cuts that was open and bloody. Seriously, I don’t even know what to think. How does something like this possibly happen? Obviously these groomers do not care about your pets comfort and rather rush through to finish the job. Just really can’t believe the abuse. DO NOT GO THERE IF YOUR DOG IS SMALL! Matter of fact, just don’t even go.

Been coming here for the past year and my family absolutly loves this place. Thought id share my experience because i wouldnt take my two small dogs elsewhere. The women who work there are so friendly and the price is reasonable. We take our dogs to get groomed, get hair cuts and get cleaned pretty much. Its nice to know that the workers care alot about the dogs they groom. Def recommend if your pets need some grooming. Make an appt in advance and know you will drop your pet in good hands.

I took my basset hound here yesterday around 4:00 pm and they were done at 5:10 pm. I asked for a shampoo and brushing. And that is what I got plus amazing service.
My basset (Daphne) thought she was going to the vet, so as i was handing her over she plopped her 53 lb butt firm on the ground. They laughed, I laughed, but in the end they said she did well. Which I was afraid she would bite, and no one likes that!
The main reason for me taking Daphne to Paw House, is she is a workout in its self and they have the tools to make her bath experience better than I could. I received Daphne smelling good and with a bandanna to make her spiffy.
Price is reasonable. I will be bring her back and maybe my other two dogs too!

After being told to wait for a whole week at lovely s, my wife was very determined to have our foster Saint Bernard Cinderella washed and trimmed of a year of matted hair. Not to mention the yellow stains on her white coat. Being a Saint Bernard we where expecting to pay a lot more for bringing in a dog that was found running the streets with matted hair the size of quarters.
After calling around and asking for a same day appointments for two Saints the manager was more than willing to accommodate both of our dogs. They did a great job! Nice soft white coat and timely service. Our foster Saint no longer had to wait a week until someone would book an appointment, didn’t have to wait a week with long yellow matted dirty fur (it’s June!) All at a reasonable price!!!

We’ve been taking our dogs here for 2 years but it’s been getting worse and worse each time. The last two times we’ve taken them we get calls that the dogs have fleas. Dogs that have no fleas at home magically get fleas only when at the groomer. Hmm. We have cocker spaniels and always get «cocker cuts». We got them back very closely shaved today, no cocker cut. The owner said our older dog was aggressive, something we’ve never been told by any other groomer, and he immediately ran to hide under the bed when we got home. I have no idea what that woman did to my dog but he is terrified. On top of their terrible treatment of or dogs, the owner overcharged my husband by $ 20 (over the amount of the upcharges for their «fleas» and «aggression») and held our dogs ransom until he paid. We will be looking for a new groomer and will never be back here.

I just picked up my two cats from their first visits at the Paw House. The owner complimented them saying how nice they were, which surprised me because I was worried all morning that they’d be clawing and screaming at her. Both cats were shaved evenly and no nicks which is great. They also came home with little bandanas tied around their necks making them extra cute. Prices were comparable to other places I’ve gone. I’ll be returning next time my fur children get too furry.
