It was represented to me that the software they offer was squared away, after the trial run they gave me was a total and complete failure.
* In trying to correct different issues, *their tech asked for my login and password*. (If you know anything about IT and customer service, this is a HUGE NO-​GO, and exceedingly unprofessional — you should not need to compromise a client’s security in order to fix issues.)
