The office coordinator Anastasia called daily as Jerry and Danny very prompt and accommodating to ensure fans were placed where needed to ensure drying of walls and floors.

Lets me start off by saying, what an amazing experience I had. To explain my experience i have to start off with telling you I have a 3 story home. My master bedroom had a back up and affected all of the rooms in the home. it was a disaster. I was out to dinner when my neighbor saw water coming out of my front door and called me to tell me. I called my insurance company right away and let them know that the bathroom backed up and the whole house is flooded. My insurance company told me they would contact Servpro and I should be getting a call from them in about 30 mins. I got a call from Servpro of Cypress within minutes of hanging up with my insurance company and they had 4 technicians and the owner out within an hour. They came prepared. We walked threw my house and they were very knowledgeable of what needs to happen. They told me that they will extract all the water and remove the carpet, because of back-​up nothing could of been saved and once that was done they would place equipment to start drying and have someone come out for asbestos testing. They took the time and moved all the contents around, that way they don’t get affected worse then what they already were. Next morning someone was out at my house taking samples for asbestos and lead testing. By the end of the day we had the results, that it was negative. The office manager called me and undated me of what was going to happen next. She informed me since it came back negative they would remove the drywall. She scheduled with me for the technicians to come out and start packing out the house to a pod. The next day I had 9 technicians at my house. They took the time to log and take pictures of every single item they packed, wrap it securely in bubble wrap and pack it in a box. They were professional and understood that my contents were special to me. It took them 2 days but they pack-​out my whole house. Next day the demo began. They removed all drywall that was affected. Seriously, if they didn’t call me or keep me updated with every thing that was going on i would have stressed myself out! Lets just say that it didn’t end there. They removed the drywall in the kitchen and discovered mold. Just great right more things to worry about, but i didn’t have to, Servpro took care of everything. So to sum it all up these guys were the best and yes their slogan is true «Like it never even happened»

I cannot stress how bad and unprofessional this company is. Truly the worst customer experience ever. It started ok but spiraled out of control so fast it was amazing. I finally blew a gasket when I came home (we were in a hotel) unexpectedly and found our toilet in our bathtub without any plastic or protection for the tub, the sewer hole completely exposed without any covering whatever, the waterline not completely turned off so it was leaking into the bathroom, a dirty plunger put into our toilet paper holder and on and on and on. When I blew up and spoke with the supervisor he was condescending and my 20 year old daughter even heard him saying I was making a big deal out of nothing. I asked if he’d be comfortable bathing his 3 year old in that tub (I have a three year old as well) and if he’d be happy with the fecal matter that lines the bottom of the toilet touching his child’s bare body. No response to that. Or when I asked about the methane gas that had escaped back into the house from the exposed sewer and how when I opened the door the smell was so overwhelming I actually gasped. Or why they flooded the room again when the whole reason they came out was to stop flood damage. Then the kicker. They put the toilet back on and left it leaking, stating that a bolt was damaged and is is why it was dripping water. Their solution, put a tupperware container under it to catch the water. I am being completely serious right now. I took pictures of everything because I was so amazed. When I inquired about the toilet I was told that it had been leaking for awhile and that it wasn’t their responsibility. I told them it hadn’t been leaking, not at all. This entire flood came from the sewer line, not from the toilet. It only started leaking when they removed the toilet and put it in the bathtub. But, regardless, rather than call a plumber or better yet, replace the five dollar bolt, their answer to the restoration process… a tupperware container. If we hadn’t come back into the house from the hotel the tupperware would have just overflowed and flooded again. I am so angry with these morons and would recommend you use anyone else… and I mean anyone else for this issue. Your insurance company will give you several names of approved contractors when you have an emergency like this… make sure you pick anyone but Servepro. I am relayed everything to my insurance adjuster. I hope he doesn’t pay them for the next year. And when he does, he pays them what they’re worth… zero.

The owner and his team of technicians responded with 60 min of my regency flood call. They were thorough and patient with the inspection process and explained all of their procedures. The insurance company only covered half of the job but the owner Mike worked with us on the price of the area not covered. They are honest, ethical and will make you a fan for life. Highly recommend them!
