I love Starbucks!!! I’m a rewards member, but this Starbucks has the worst service ever! It’s convenient for me to go to this typical location because it’s on my way to work. I order thru my mobile app all the time, but it’s a hassle just to get my drink, they see you standing their to pick up and they just ignore you, when usually I am able to just get my drink myself but they don’t allow you here for some reason. Today a lady had the same problem I had and she told me she gets the worst service here also when she’s picking up her mobile drink and it’s also convenient for her since she works across the street. It’s mainly a tall women with curl hair with attitude all the time! They need to change their customer service because I’ve never had an issue with any other Starbucks in the world until I came here, and usually everyone is always so friendly! Please fix the issue or you will lose customers at that location!

On two separate occasions my order was over looked. Both times it wasn’t that busy. Only looks like it was because the place is small. My order was a Grande white chocolate mocha w/ice. It wasn’t blended so, not a hard order. When I noticed people who ordered and walked in after me getting their drinks I walked up to the pick up and asked them about my order. Their reply was that they didn’t get my order. I showed them my receipt. «Oh» was all I got from them. Not a single sorry. Also, the drink tasted terrible. Like they didn’t care what was put in it. This happened twice. Only, the second time I got an «Oops!»

This place is pretty small. But it’s a good location because it’s right next to my high school. It’s very quick! Their panini are also super delicious!

*review off customer service* Made a mobile order today. I come in and I see a white bag with no label on it. I ask is this for Andrea? The male batista rudely was like it’s a spinach feta wrap. I said yes, for Andrea right? Then he’s like yeah if that’s what you ordered must be yours… I was just making sure so I wouldn’t take someone else’s order… then he didn’t even hand me my coffee it was behind the bar so I had to reach over and grab it… seriously with the ridiculous amount of money I spend at Starbucks the least they can do is have some customer service. When I’m in Orange County I won’t be coming back here.

I have been to this location maybe about 12 times or more. They have always gotten my drink right. But do not go here on a weekday from 8 –9:39am it is packed with high school kids. I don’t blame Starbucks for this. I mean I never went to a starbucks before school in the morning when I was growing up. I only go here in Saturday’s on my way to work, twice a month and order ahead of time through the mobile app. It is clean everytime I go in.

This review is based off on customer service, which I think is a very important factor, if not the biggest, when handling a business. So this isn’t the usual Starbucks I go to and I regret going here today. It was crowded, so of course the staff was working fast to get the drinks out, but they didn’t realize how the quality of the service went down. I was watching them fill my cup with extra caramel and I literally got maybe like barely a few streaks on the side, so I asked if I could have extra caramel. But worker hesitated, saying that I had already gotten the extra caramel. Though he did give me some more, it was barely any. Hearing that comment made me feel like they were just stingy with the caramel despite how I had to pay for it. My order also had no whip cream, but they still piped some on. They didn’t take it off until I had to repeat myself 3 times. My experience was pretty disappointing, and I will never return to this location solely because of customer service. I would rather have no Starbucks than go to this location, but if I ever do opt for a drink, I would rather drive 5 more minutes to go to the one on Lincoln near Marshalls and Ross. The staff there is SOOO much more friendlier, and they have awesome baristas who always get my order right, and they never hesitate to give me some extra caramel, AND they always have a smile on their faces unlike this location where I saw no smiles whatsoever. As much as it hurts me to give a bad review to such a popular franchise, I believe it’s justified in letting future customers know what they’re getting themselves into. I hope this place improves, and realizes that customer service comes before anything!

I go to many different Starbucks and I have gone several times to different locations during rush hour and service has always been important to me. I was having a horrible morning to start and I stopped by this specific Starbucks and their was a barista named Leah who was super helpful and made my horrible morning turn around because she was so kind. It was nice to see that no matter how busy a worker might be they can still make time stop and make me feel like a priority and change a day around. Thank you Leah for doing that for me. I will definitely stop by this location again. Oh and my drink was delish!

My colleagues and I frequent this Starbucks every morning as our office is down the street. It was a favorite for its fast service(through mobile ordering, of course.) Today, I ordered a coffee traveler for a department breakfast through the mobile app. I placed the order around 7:30AM. 5 minutes before I arrived, I called the store to verify my order and request cups of creamer. When I arrived, my order was not complete. When I inquired about the status of my order, I was told to give them 2 minutes. I received my order at 8:35AM. The workers were dealing with the morning rush which I can empathize with. What I will not accept is the lack of professionalism. The baristas were having conversations, practically hollering, about my order. «What’s going on with the order?» «How long ago was it placed?» «Over an hour ago.» «You want me to work on it.» «No, I got it.» I cannot understand how it took so long to fill an order placed an hour ago(after the customer had also called on to verify before arriving.) I also didn’t appreciate the lack of professionalism and unapologetic response. A simple«we’re so sorry about that» would have sufficed. I have been a loyal gold card member. I visit this store every single day. This is absolutely absurd. Is this how Starbucks cares to be represented? Needless to say, my colleagues and I will be getting our morning brew elsewhere. I live around the corner. I am a frequent visitor. Today my car broke down after placing my online order and I could no longer pick it up. I called and the staff was super friendly and understanding. After several hours at the mechanic I came in and they made my pervious order fresh! These are angels in green aprons!

I don’t know why but whenever I get coffee at this location, it always tastes burned and bitter as heck. They need to really clean out their machines or something. Blech!

The drinks came out great, but this review is based off the customer service which I think contributes greatly to the overall experience of the store. Probably one of the worst experience I’ve had at a Starbucks. I came in and ordered three drinks totaling to $ 11.95. Unfortunately I only had a $ 100 dollar bill in my wallet so I handed that to the cashier. Upon verifying the bill, the cashier responded, and I quote, «Oh, sorry, I can’t break this,» and gives it back to me. Then there was an awkward moment of pause because I was trying to understand why a franchise of a multi-billion company does not have the resources to break down large bills. Especially without any signs saying«we don’t accept bills over $ 20.» After the pause the cashier asked, «I mean unless you want 5’s and 1’s.» After the statement I’ll be honest I gave the cashier an «are you seriously kidding me,» look? First he made me feel like he couldn’t do anything about my situation and I just needed to turn around, then he gives me a spiteful remark about receiving smaller change. From my current experience as assistant manager at another coffee shop we would usually say, «I’m sorry but we only have $ 5s and $ 1s right now, will that be okay?» And I’m not comparing businesses but I’m putting in perspective how the situation could have been handled better. Two other issues happened tonight, but I’m not even going to bother because I just want to move on from this. I came in at 6:15pm on 2÷7÷16 in a a great mood, it’s the Lunar New Year, AND Super Bowl Sunday and I’m not gonna let my experience at this Starbucks ruin it. However, I do believe that a customer service orientation should be seriously considered for the employees especially in the best interest for the customers(as indicated by several other reviews).

Great customer service had a problem with my card. Went to bofa came back and Brad pulled my order back up saved it for me didn’t even need to reorder. Even though it was my fault still not all Starbucks are created equal. Thanks for the great experience. Thank you so much.

Unilocal Challenge 2015. 189⁄365 *updated review* Another failed attempt to get coffee done right. For a while they used to pull the shots of expresso correctly, now they are getting lazy. Yea, its super busy here after 7am starting at the end of August with all the Cypress High School students, and the cup line does get backed up. But, it does not give them an excuse to get lazy. When pulling shots, please don’t put my cup of ice under the automatic expresso machine and press a button. When the shots hit the ice it shocks the expresso and throws off the flavor. And dont shove my Venti plastic cup under there at an angle because it doesn’t fit. It looks real sloppy. Both situations have happened to me here. I have also seen other people’s shots of expresso just sit there for up to a minute before they pour them into the drink cups while they were creating other drinks. I feel expresso by itself is an art, and should be pulled into the shot glasses to ensure it is the right size, color, aroma, ect. When they rely on the automatic machine they are just shorting the customer on a perfect cup. Sometimes that machine can make a mistake. Usually service here is friendly in the mornings. When asked, they are quick to restock the condiment station. However, it should be checked more frequently to make sure the vanilla powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and cream are always full.

A tiny Starbucks that’s an under 5 minute drive from my hotel. The staff is quick and efficient. The line didn’t get very long but it definitely moved quickly. A total of 5 tables inside, 2 of which are high-tops, 4 of which are meant for 2 people. It’s a small place. Plenty of easy parking, which makes up for no drive-through.

Out of all the Starbucks I have been to as of late this is probably the worst service I have experienced at any of them. I wanted to check out a neighboring business and when I looked for a Starbucks this location was the closest so I quickly stopped in. As I walked in the door I was surprised to see how small this location was and how the menu board itself only mentioned a handful of drinks and failed to include any of the teas, tea lemonades, smoothies and other drinks. I was also dismayed to find that I received no greeting at all and simply stood there for a good 4 – 5 minutes near the register before anyone acknowledged that I was even there. Finally after several minutes I was asked«oh hi, do you know what you want» and then they just stood there. Despite the lack of service, I asked for a Venti Black Tea Lemonade and quickly scanned my card to claim my free drink. When the drink was made they simply place the drink on the pickup counter, said tea lemonade and went back to their talking behind the counter. They had zero customer service skills, the drink was made well but was no saving grace for this location in my opinion. If you don’t want to help people and cant do so without goofing off and talking behind the counter as opposed to helping the customers that walk through the door then perhaps you have the wrong type of job. If management reads this they should definitely share this with the staff and improve on this aspect of the store. I would have to be in the area and desperate to return to this location again.

Had to burn some time before a meeting and found this spot on Unilocal.Great parking situation and the restrooms were above average but the indoor seating was a little limited based on the size of the location. They do make up for it with ample outdoor seating, the most of it covered in shade. The service was exemplary as usual for a Starbucks location.

I honestly don’t understand the hateful reviews for this location. Ive been coming here for over a year. I don’t come here daily, but a few times a month. Ive ordered all kinds of drinks, and they are always very friendly, and fast. I was in there yesterday, which was Christmas Eve, at around noon. It was a little tore up in there, but its Christmas Eve, and all the last minute shoppers cleaned the place out. It is a small location, so if you go in during peak hours, you will be standing very close to other people. Just a heads up. Other than that, this is a good Starbucks. The Baristas have always got my order correct, and they are polite. Isn’t that all that really matters when your only goal is to get your caffeine fix? I will return to this location, they do a good job.

Wow Starbucks to a brand new low. The greed monster has overtaken this location. I normally order a black ice tea no sweetener and no water along with four tall caramel Maccados(sp). I was informed that the district manager no longer wants the cups filled up if you order no water, light ice or no ice. For $ 2.95 my ice tea had a fourth of the cup filled. Each of the ladies behind the counter were extremely polite and extremely embarrassed. They said this is the policy of their new district manager. Wow Starbucks has outgrown its usefulness. Better value at McDonald’s thank goodness Dunkin’ Donuts is coming to town. Look in the picture section of the store and I will have a photo of my ice tea.
