Awesome store. I came here because I’d rather support a local family owned shop, and man was I impressed. Swan is a little gem in Cypress. Superior customer service, the lady helped me out and answered all my questions, and instructed me on how to maintain my pool (first time pool owner). You can order any pool related merchandise from the store and she will call you upon delivery/​arrival. I highly recommend this store, it has the necessities and they carry quality items. Trust me, you won’t be let down and you will be satisfied and content after coming here. Plus, you help support a local mom n pop shop, instead of major industrial appliance/​chain stores who overprice their merchandise just cuz of the name of the store. Go check em out

For years I bought my pool supplies from Leslie’s in artesia. I found out about Swan about 2 years ago and I’ve never turned back. They are the most honest people I’ve found in the industry. Unlike Leslie’s they won’t try to sell you something when you don’t need it. Their prices are the best I’ve seen. More places like Swan should open up to force the big companies that monopolize the industry out. You guys are the best. I’ll see you this weekend as usual ;)

This is the best pool supply store in town. Bill and Ellen are so helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. Bill has been servicing our pool for a couple months now, and our pool has never looked better. He took care of our algae problem. We are extremely pleased.

If you’re are a homeowner like me that takes care of your own pool service and you live nearby, this is an excellent family owned and ran pool service business. I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady that was excellent and very professional. Since it was my first time there I had many questions, which she was more than happy to assist me with or answer. If you’re spending your hard earned money at some big chain pool service provider, give this place and try and see if they will meet all your pool service needs and save you some money. I’m glad I found this place and for sure will become a loyal local customer.

I like the vibe every time I come in to this cute, and very clean pool store in Cypress. It is family owned and run by the nicest people. The prices are good and they are very attentive to your need. Bill is very knowledgeable about pools and technical issues. He’s very straightforward and he’ll tell you exactly what you need without overselling unlike other pool stores.
The girl in the store, Ellen, is not only nice but she helped me alot everytime my pool turns green, i’ll bring sample of water and she’ll check it with no attitude. She definitely know the products she’s selling.
This is the place to go to, forget Leslie’s and ABC. Everything is over priced and they upsell you more chemicals and parts than you need.
These guys are awesome, come check them out!

I really like this neighborhood pool store. Their prices are fair, but in particular I really like the people who run the store. They seem to be very friendly and care to help you out with your pool issues. I like the community business vibe they have.
