TEXAS TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

I chose this exterminator because they had the lowest rates, and I didn’t have a significant pest problem. Just some tiny bugs/​roaches in one bathroom drawer. I’ve had them come out once before, and they controlled the problem for a while, but the bugs came back. They had no idea what kind of bugs they were, which I find odd, considering this is what you do for a living… He even implied that whatever I’m keeping in that drawer is attracting these bugs. I keep new, never opened toiletries in there! Like cotton rounds, makeup towelettes, and razor blades. I’m pretty sure those toiletries are not attracting the bugs…
Anyway, I don’t have a lot of experience with pest control people, but it seemed to me that the equipment they were using was kind of old school. In addition, the solution they were using came out dirty! I could see the brown-​ness against my beige walls.
I don’t have any major complaints, as they did get the job done. However, I’d say do your research before you settle on a pest control company.
