I started my Business here in Texas in 2013. Since then our service area and customer base has grown rapidly and we are becoming the #1 and most popular in home computer repair/​networking service in the Northwest Houston area. Much of our business comes from previous customer recommendations. There is no sign of gratitude better than a positive review and a customer who refers their friends and family.

The Computer Keymaster, the one man team. I focus on providing excellent service and prices that the big box stores can’t compete with.

Computers have always been a hobby (more like an obsession really) of mine, at age 12, I began tearing them apart and trying to piece them back together. From my first desktop, to building my own PCs and diagnosing/​repairing for friends and family for years, I have enjoyed learning more and more. In 2012, when I lost my job as a customer service rep, I decided to go get the credentials I needed to strongly present my skills and turn my obsession with computers into my profession.

Highly recommend this guy for any computer service that you need! He took maybe 2 hours at most to fix an issue i was having with my custom built pc which was surprising since i gave him the pc with wires all over the place. As other have mentioned he works from his home and he can even set up an appointment to come to your home. Overall, this guy knows his stuff and will charge a pretty good price to help you fix your issue.

My computer had been acting up for a while and was in need of some TLC. I saw the reviews on Unilocal and figured The Computer Keymaster was a safe bet so I gave him a call, at about 7 am on a Monday morning. I left a message and Tom call back a couple minutes later. I dropped of my machine that morning and he was done the next morning, he even delivered it to my house. It is now running like a brand new computer. The pricing is very reasonable and the service is great (and fast). Also, I’d much rather support a local business than a big box store who doesn’t pay their employees a living wage. I highly recommend calling Tom for your computer repairs and services.

After having a horrible experience at a previous computer repair shop, I was nervous about taking my computer to get fixed. I looked up reviews on Unilocal for Computer Key Master and decided to take the chance, and it was a great decision!
Tom operates his business out of his home but he is extremely professional in all of his interactions. He checked in with me periodically when he was repairing my computer, and he was very responsive to any questions I had.
His technical expertise seems superb and he was able to fix my computer with all of its weird issues.
He also is honest and reasonable in pricing. My computer took longer to fix because of the parts that had to be ordered, so he reduced the price he had originally charged to make up for the extra time.
All in all, I was very impressed and will be sure to go back with him if my computers have any other issues.

Tom has been very professional and helpful in regards to taking care of my computers. To date he has repaired two for myself and another for a disabled neighbor. Tom is always very courteous when he answers the phone and truly cares about his customers. I would not hesitate to give him a call for your computer needs.

Did an excellent job restoring my computer. Saved me almost 1k dollars because I thought my computer was ruined. I had no idea that I had so much spyware and other malware on my system. I had even went and bought a brand new computer only to return it after Computer Keymaster fixed my old one! Thanks Tom!!!

very happy with my experience, Fast service and the price is very reasonable. Tom kept me in the loop throughout the whole time he had my computer. He fixed my screen and did a tune up, my computer is working great now. Will definitely contact him again for my next computer issues.
