I purchased a Groupon I couldn’t use during the promotional value because of some house issues, so I called to ask about still getting the value since they have an equal promotion going right now.
1. There’s no website or direct number I could find to call, I had to be transferred from some other intermediary company.
2. The guy kept saying, «Oh wow, we’ve never had an expiration before.» It was rude.
3. They can’t roll the old Groupon discount over, or just process me as a new customer after verifying I paid already.
4. If I want to use the purchased value, I have to pay an extra $ 50 just for ONE house cleaning, meaning they think $ 150 is worth a two hour cleaning.
5. There were no efforts to work with me on this. It was simply, sorry but you have to pay extra.
It didn’t feel like they were a company that valued their customers. I am disappointed this happened and don’t want to bother with Groupons again, and definitely not this company when they act like this.

I bought a groupon for their services to be called and informed that they did not serve my area with a groupon but would come over for a much higher price anyway. I agreed. Services were ok. The cleaning crew (two ladies) arrived within the hour that they promised to. However, they did not ask many questions, did not throw the trash from the bathroom out, left some hair on the bathroom floor, and used cleaning supplies that kept me nauseous for two whole days. I was happy with some of the attention to detail. I was not pleased with the inconsistency in that attention to detail.

The cleaning service itself was fine, not up to my typical standards of attention to detail but certainly not bad. There were small things such as not wiping the windows or crumbs in floor corners that I noticed.
The real disappointment was with the professionalism of the business. I had substantial issues with scheduling appointments and they were chronically late or needing to reschedule which is simply unacceptable and very unprofessional. Running an hour past schedule was common and appointment confirmations were hard to come by. There were several times when I had to track them down to understand if they were even coming. The individuals running their logistics were absolutely horrible. And good luck getting an accurate quote. I was told several different prices until I finally gave up and moved on. Seemed like a nice group of people who did the cleaning but i simply cannot deal with such shaky service and fluctuating pricing.
