I am surprised to read about the two other reviewers feeling like they were not treated respectfully when calling with questions or stopping by to ask questions. I stopped by myself and was treated by the owner with nothing but respect. I was shown around the treatment rooms and was also introduced to other staff members. I was impressed enough that I plan to now make my next appointment with them instead of where I had been going.

I popped in here thinking this was «Up in Tangles», a few doors down, and happily announced I had an appointment. The woman at receptionist was a bit annoyed, but somehow knew I wasn’t there for a massage and told me I needed to go nine doors down.

I have not been to this place but just by calling this place you feel the tension. The lady seemed bothered when I called her to ask a few questions. So sad because I was looking forward to booking an appointment.

Do not waste your time in this business. I have not experienced their services but just walking in and talking to the woman at the front desk was enough to deter me from ever giving them my business. I have never in my life met a person so rude. With the amount of spas and boutiques in the Cypress area, you can find somewhere else to spend your money.
