Wonderland Pediatric Dentistry

Nicki office staff very rude and unprofessional when I called back to schedule my child’s procedure. Will be taking my son somewhere else to have his dental work performed. She did not want to verify new insurance information and it also took two days for someone to get back with me. She also told me that I had given her the wrong insurance information, had me to call insurance company on conference call. After all of this, she was notified by my insurance company that my card was valid. Some ppl are just lazy and do not want to dot here job! Who you place at the front desk of your business makes a difference!!!

Only take the children that Wonderland is making money off of, they are not a family friendly business and will refuse to see your child if any of the money-​making child’s siblings come with you. Pay a daycare, dog kennel, donate them to the local shelter, whatever, the staff are «not there to babysit your kids».
If they are not making money off the child (ren) you bring to their office then that child is not welcome there. We will never return because of the way they treated my family. Dr. Alice is condescending and rude. She polishes that up and hides it nicely, and I would guess most parents fall for it, but she is there to make money, not care about or for your children.

My daughter had her first visit to Wonderland last month.
We were going to another pediatric dentist, but didn’t really like the service we were getting for the prices they charged.
The biggest complaint with the previous dentist was his condescending attitude-​which, Dr. Alice is the complete opposite. She is informative without talking down to you or your child. She doesn’t rush the appointment or make you feel foolish when you ask questions. Her demeanor is very comforting and relaxed.
Also, the staff patience is nothing short of amazing. This was my daughters first set of x-​rays and it was a process, to say the least. But, they never acted like they were getting frustrated or upset… they were very understanding. Both my daughter and I sincerely appreciated it!
Lastly, the prices were extremely reasonable. Definitely more reasonable than our last dentist.

This was our first visit to Wonderland Dental and it was a very pleasant one! Dr. Alice and her staff were very polite and very thorough in their explanations throughout our visit. To top it off, it’s the cutest dental office I’ve seen — decorated as Dr. Alice’s very own Wonderland :)

Great service and on time. The staff is great and took the time to shows us the facilities. Dr Alice is great! She took the time to make a follow up call to check if we had any questions or concerns from our visit. We definitely recommend this place.

We absolutely love the staff of Wonderland Pediatric Dentistry– they went above and beyond to calm my son’s fears and ease the x-​ray process. Everyone from the front desk staff to the hygienists and Dr. Alice were absolutely wonderful!

Awesome dentistry for kids! Everyone is so nice and friendly. The location is nearby as well as the office is so clean. The wait is never long and my daughter loves it. Can’t wait to take my son here next time.

Went to see Dr Alice with my 2 year old daughter for her first dental visit. She was so patient, informative, and professional. She gave us great advice and started us on the right path to dental health for my daughter. I would not go anywhere else to have my daughter seen! It is hard to find a good dentist you can trust and my family has found ours!

I took my son for his first dental appointment here (he is one and a half) and was very pleased. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the environment was very kid-​friendly.

It’s a miracle! My son actually loves going to the dentist! That just doesn’t happen… well, it does now. Dr. Alice and her staff were helpful and so caring to any insecurities my son had about what they were doing. From the whimsical pathway leading from the front office, to one of the colorful dental chairs, to taking x-​rays and getting his exam done, the staff made visiting Wonderland a magical experience. Traci, Dr. Alice’s assistant, was great with my son. He left with clean teeth and his first crush. We genuinely appreciate how Wonderland Pediatric Dentistry has made taking our son to the dentist a pleasant experience!

Absolutely, incredibly, FANTASTIC. I was greeted and given a tour by Tracy and saw Dr Alice shortly after. Not only was the place beautiful, it was clean and well organized. She saw my squiggly-​wiggly daughter and also offered us an option to fluoridated toothpaste for my 2 year old daughters hominy spits when it isn’t toothpaste! We will be back!

Was told that my children would have their appointments at the same time, however, we were called from the waiting room 30 minutes after our appointment time, each child was seen separately. Also in the waiting room was another child whose appointment was supposed to be after my kids, but was somehow seen inbetween my kids and was completed before my children. Not the best visit.

Dr. Alice and her staff were wonderful for my children’s first dental appointment. The equipment it modern, the décor is amazing, and the atmosphere will make any child comfortable enough to want to go to the dentist all the time!
