I haven’t had a chance to try more than a Yoga 101 and Yoga Flow class but so far this place is great! Small classes and they seem to pay attention to their clients. It will cost you more than LA Fitness, but such a different quality experience. They post the class schedules online and you can register there. I purchased an 8 class special to try something new and it was about $ 60. Regular classes are $ 15 each for drop in’s or you can sign up for a monthly package. I’ll go back and try the barre soon.

I have taken 2 different classes at this new studio! The Barre class was an incredible workout and gave me the challenge I was looking for. Yoga was just as good, offering techniques that I felt comfortable with and relaxing as well. The instructor was so supportive and knowledgable, providing the encouragement you look for in a class. Amazing studio, serine and tranquil, that makes you feel you’ve stepped into a unique space meant just for you! I can’t wait to continue my journey here!
