They make the WROST cupcakes and cakes I’ve EVER HAD!!! I purchased five cupcakes from them and a piece of strawberry cake. The cake was SO DRY I had to throw it away. Three out of the five cupcakes had to be throw away because they were dry! The cupcakes that we could eat, tasted like Duncan Hines cupcake mix (which I’ve hear you can buy in 50 pound bags). This is the THIRD time I’ve tried to eat their cupcakes. I wanted to give them a chance. I don’t know how they stay in business.
If you want a good cupcake just drive 5 minutes up HYW 29 toward Lawrenceville to Doughnut Worry or just go to Kroger and get their select cupcakes!

They did a great job with decorating the cake as requested but the cake was DRY and seems like they use a commercial filling. I supported a locale business but you may need to add more butter for moistness.

THE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. Rude and unprofessional and this is TWICE that they dropped the ball on an order and made no attempt to contact us to let us know that they would not be filling the order due to their error. The girl that answers the phone was completely unapologetic and they do not deserve to be in business anymore. Anyone that can’t run a bakery any better than this, shouldn’t have a business at all. Rude, unacceptable and their food isn’t great. Definitely don’t recommend at all. Order from someone that takes pride in their name, their product and their customer service. These ‘divas’ fail miserably.

We always stop to get cupcakes and mini cheesecakes after karate class! Delicious every time! The ladies are always so nice!

Very disappointed. Ordered a graduation cake from them and they spelt the person’s name WRONG after I spelled it out for them. They did a messy decorating job – uneven and jagged lines – and it honestly looked like an amatuer made it. I paid extra for them to make a fondant piece instead of screen print it and they screen printed part of it anyway! Also, DON’T get their vanilla flavored cake unless you want it to taste like lemon. All the guests thought the cake was lemon flavored but the owner insisted that it was their vanilla and «everyone usually thinks it’s lemon.» Then maybe you are doing something wrong? The cake was so sloppy I would never recommend them. I paid $ 100 and wouldn’t have even paid $ 50 for what I got. Not to mention they made the cake a week before I needed it, so they had to make a whole new one. They are not very good at customer service or organization. Owner told me I couldn’t get my money back, but then ended up refunding me $ 30 because I was so unhappy. Extremely disappointed. No apology or remorse offered either.

Went there for a second time and was not impressed for a second time. The cupcakes we got had a weird fish smell to them and were dry… Won’t be going back.

Delicious cupcakes! Always fresh and a great selection. The owner and her daughters are pleasant and helpful. We will be repeat customers!

Wonderful cupcakes and cakes every time we go in there. My children love all the flavor of cupcakes. We ordered a custom design cake for a birthday, and i was better than I expected. Would recommend going they also have cheesecakes. Great place, and atmosphere.

Went there this evening with my husband where we got 6 different cupcakes to go. Found the owners and their daughter to be extremely pleasant and friendly. We’ve only tried 4 of them so far (too full to eat two more!) and they are wonderful! Hands-​down better than the ones I have had at Gigi’s. The cupcakes were all moist and flavorful and the icing on top was great too. My husband loved his chocolate mousse cupcake and said that the icing on top reminded him of his mom’s chocolate buttercream frosting (extremely high praise — trust me). We’ll definitely be back and hope that others will visit and support this wonderful local bakery!

Terrible Experience! I placed a special order with the owner of the store for cupcakes for an end-​of-​the-​season cheerleader party. I explained in detail that we wanted blue and gold colored cupcakes with pom-​poms and megaphones with the girl’ names on them. On Monday I called to ask that we pick them up 11am instead of 5pm that following Friday. On Friday we arrived at 12pm and to our surprise, the cupcakes were not finished! The young lady behind the counter looked stunned that we were they’re asking for our cupcakes and explained that they would be «finished» in 5 minutes if we could wait. When we finally got our hands on the order, they were all plain white iced and missing the pom-​poms. When the owner (who took the order, though she denies it) was asked about the discrepancy in what was ordered vs. what was received, she tried to place blame on us for her not correctly writing down our request, not to mention that she thought she still had 5 more hours to work on them. The young lady that answered the phone and was supposed to change the time for our picking them up, finally admitted that she wrote the time change on the wrong order. No apologies were offered, and no effort was made to make us happy. I hate being lied to and with an attitude that made us feel as though we were the ones in the wrong. We will never spend another cent in that shop again…
