Clean and spacious The Dacula Public Library is a nice, clean, spacious and very functional library. Not sure when it was actually constructed but it is only one of the 15 in the Gwinnett Library system. It’s easy to find and has a large parking area. The inside has the appearance of one huge room which probably accounts for the spacious feel. The library has a wonderful ceiling and looks and feels quite a bit larger than it actually is. Everything is well organized and there is plenty of room to sit, study or just wander around. Like most newer libraries the bathrooms were nice and clean. One of the best parts of the library was the children’s section. All kinds of fun stuff for the local delinquents to amuse themselves with and lots of cool books and posters. The libraries in the south tend to be a whole lot different than the much older libraries up in the north east. But they both accomplish the same goal of entertaining and educating the people of the community, just in different ways.

I love the Gwinnett county public libraries. This location is one of the two closest to our home and we frequent it regularly. My kids enjoy preschool story time here, which right now is on Wednesdays at 11:30AM.
