Dog Grooming of Dacula

I have been going to Dog Grooming of Dacula for the past 4 years and I would not go to anyone else! Now this is coming from someone who swore by PetSmart and Petco grooming departments for years. That is where I started when I first got my dog at 11 weeks old. But, when I moved to Dacula I didn’t find the warm reception at the big name stores that I had in California. So, I decided to try a local place instead. I did a lot of research and even a few walk-​throughs. I wanted to ensure my Wynter Belle had the best experience possible when at the groomer. The same way I want the best experience when I go to the salon. Makes sense, right?!
I love the home feel with the professional setting. I’m always welcomed with a pleasant smile and excitement to see Wynter Belle. They take the time to find out what I want her to have and how I want her to look. I usually change her cut with the seasons and Sheree (the groomer who always works with Wynter) is so caring she works with me to make sure the cut is just right.
When I pick Wynter Belle up from a few hours at the groomers, she looks beautiful with her little scarf and bows. I swear she even says, thank you when it’s all said and done :-D. Oh yes, and I have to say the other great thing I love about this family owned business, they allow their loyal customers to be on a plan that saves us $$$. You can choose the plan that works best for you. Wynter Belle goes every 4 weeks like clockwork. And if I need her nails trimmed in between visits, they’ll let us stop in and they’ll take care of it for us.
They really go above and beyond with customer service. Calling to remind you of your appointment, working with us/​customers to schedule an appointment, if there’s a problem they are willing to correct it immediately. Seriously, the only way I will stop coming to Dog Grooming of Dacula is if they permanently closed their business. I would even travel a few cities away to use them.
Feel free to message me if you have any other questions, but trust me… those that know me, know that my Wynter Belle is my baby and I would NOT let anyone touch her if they were not gentle, kind, and loving to her. They do a GREAT job and have gained a customer for life!

They do a horrible job both our dogs were razor Burned!!! The owner decided to open another store and when I brought this to her attention the owner didn’t care! Don’t waste your money or your time here.
