Wendy’s

Walked in right after they opened this morning at 10am and ordered 2 4 $ meals. My husband requested the fries be changed for a side salad which we have done at the spouts springs location, the Gainesville location, and even some locations in Jacksonville FL while on vacation and have never had any problems. The cashier said she saw the option pop up on her register but didn’t know if she could do it so she asked the person in drive thru… she said yes they had done it before. The manager *Kathy I believe* then walked up and said they are not allowed to do that because of inventory. We decided to go ahead and place our order anyways.
They still got our order wrong and I had to go up to the counter… let them know they gave me a chicken sandwich instead of the burger I ordered. Cashier acted like I was committing a crime for asking them to change my sandwich for what I had ordered. Can not recommend… do yourself a favor and go the few extra miles to another location… you’ll get better, friendlier service and thank me for it.

Long waiting time at drive thru speaker, even as there was nobody in front of us. Unfriendly service. Got wrong food, after that got wrong drink. No apology-​just plain unfriendly!!!

Terrible service. Would have been ok except for their so called «manager» Emily who has no customer service skills and can’t understand how coupons work. If you have a coupon for a free single cheese when you purchase a small fry and drink and then you have another coupon for buy one single get one free you get 3 sandwiches for the price of one and a small fry and drink. Emily cannot understand this and would rather argue with you about it in front of a bunch of other customers. Needless to say we got our money back and took it elsewhere.

This is the closest Wendy’s to our house, so I’ll probably be back. Nothing stood out to me one way or the other as positive or negative, so that’s good overall as fast food goes.
