I have only worked out at this gym once as I usually work out at a crossfit gym in Savannah. This is a very clean gym, and the instructers and the other athletes were friendly and helpful. I can only heap praise on the crossfit workout in general, and if you have not tried it, this gym is excellant and look forward to visiting whenever we are in town.
