Worse place to ever come to. I came in for an appointment and lady was running late never offered and drinks or snack like they say they do. Then I asked the lady to give me a cat/​wing eyelashes and nothing crazy long also they said they would use mink which was a lie. Next thing I know i walk out with lashes the touch my eye brows and was not a wing/​cat eye look and not mink. Then the lady rushes me after telling her this is not what I wanted because her next appointment was in. I contacted the owner which did no good all she said was come back and it will take time to get the look u want. Oh yeah very over priced. So the Next day I went to amazing lash studio on Greenville and they told me that what I have is not what I paid for at the13TwentyVI For one they were not mink nor was it the shape I wanted, which confirmed what I said. They amazing lash studio showed me lash shape options and give u exactly what ur paying for. So I spent money twice because the services provided at 13TwentyVI did not provide what I asked for. Very disappointed with 13TwentyVI And the customer service.

Best lash extensions yet! I go to get my lashes done by Courtney faithfully every two weeks. I am addicted and she always has me looking gorgeous with her Mink Lash Extensions! I am hooked!

Courtney Maloy at 13 Twenty VI is a true professional. After going to another lash specialist who left clumps of glue and severely damaged my lashes — but unable to give up on lashes completely — I knew I needed to find someone who actually knew how to do their job (it’s more difficult than it should be).

From the moment I walked into 13 Twenty VI I felt welcomed. A very relaxing studio, soft music, & yummy refreshments. Conversation with Courtney feels like a conversation with a long time friend. No pretentiousness or being felt like you’re just another number of a client here.
I have now been going to 13 Twenty VI every two weeks for the past 4 months and I’ll never take a chance elsewhere. The lashes are weightless and beautiful. Courtney knows exactly how to mix lengths to create an extremely natural look. She not only cares about your faux lashes, but your real lashes as well.

Came to Courtney after having a bad experience with individual lashes… and boy could I tell the difference! Courtney was great– friendly, informative, just a pleasure over all. AND she did my lashes right! It is amazing how different my lashes feel now that she’s done them– I don’t feel like there is anything there at all! And they look incredibly natural, full and so pretty! She has a lot of different sizes so you can go for super natural to full on drag!
I have my first fill in 2 weeks, and I am already looking forward to it, as I know it will be done correctly and produce amazing results.
Also– she gives you a lash brush and a bottle of lash shampoo as part of your initial install– that’s kind of a big deal. It always a good thing when a service provider ensures you understand how to take care of and prolong the life of their service and by making sure you leave with after-​care instructions, as well as lash shampoo (so that you don’t put stuff on them that will damage them or unbond the adhesive), she makes sure that you will be as happy as you were when you first got them done all the way until your first fill.

I absolutely love Courtney. I never have trouble getting in to see her and she’s such a sweetheart! Her prices are very affordable and she always has my lashes looking AMAZING.
