Can’t really evaluate the service — have left several messages on his vm and never a returned call. It’s spring and he may be busy, but given the other posts on his fast response time, this is surprising. If you can’t reach someone when you are trying to GIVE them business, what happens if you need to reach them afterwards. Had to give my AC business to someone who responded and showed up.

Humberto offers great customer service. He’s very knowledgeable and has reasonable prices. I’d highly recommend Humberto to any one of my friends and family. He didn’t try to sell me any repairs that I didn’t need and he also educated me on the maintenance of my equipment.

Not a single complaint. Rare.
This was a last minute call for a very random breakdown of my A/​C unit. Humberto came, saw & conquered this issue while educating me and my husband (who asked all his questions through me).
This is definitely a professional who knows what he’s doing and his to work fast, efficiently and without a doubt we will be calling upon his services again in the future.

Best ac system repair company I’ve ever used. Humberto was very professional. He was very fair and knew his stuff. I will use him in the future he fixed it right away. My AC is working great. I highly recommend him. I’ve been trying to get someone since 3 am. The places I called prior to Humberto were so called 24 hour places. No one called me back. Humberto picked up right at seven and was at my place properly I’m beyond satisfied.

The AC compressor shorted out at my rent house due to flooding from all the rain we have had lately. Humberto came out the next day (on Sunday morning, no less) and climbed under the house to repair the electrical connection. He was fair and honest and showed me exactly what was wrong. He also gave the AC a tune up and added some freon while he was there. I would definitely recommend him and use his services again.

My A/​C went out due to my own ignorance. Didn’t change the filter in over a year. Yes… over a year. I called this company and Humberto came out the same day! What I loved most is that he allowed me to work… being a single mom, it is hard to miss work, every day counts. He told me he would call me when he was close to getting there and allow me time to leave work and make it home at the alotted time. Yay! This was a great help! Well he gets there and tells me what I already know. this was user error. I need to keep up with the maintenance on a regular basis! He cleaned it up and what do you know! It works! And better than ever. The house was back to being livable! Thanks so much to Humberto… I will definitely recommend him to people I know!

Great, fast, friendly service! Humberto came same day to look at my heater that wasn’t working properly in the middle of January. He ended up coming twice, once to check my vent/​clean out the filter, and after I changed the filter, it was still not quite warming the house all of the way. So he came again, and replaced a part in the heater unit in the attic, and installed a new thermostat. Since then, no problems. The biggest deal for me was that he came out right away. I have small kids and a job and can’t sit around all day waiting for someone to get around to me. His price was fair, and overall I would absolutely recommend calling him for your air/​heat needs.
