In regards to Sophia H. response to my post. There was another way into my apartments but the driver did not take the time to find out, he just went to the conclusion that he was not able to get into my apartments. Also I did a claim and have emails of when I sent back my claim and I have never received my funds. Your company has horrible customer service and you guys do not care about your customers. I have an email from one of your agents apologizing to me in regards to how disrespectful he was to me. Karma will come back on this business and I hope by me posting the truth that this will make people go somewhere else for better customer service and a honest moving company.

This is the worst moving company that I have ever dealt with. They are true hustlers. The estimate was significantly lower than the real cost. They spring that on you after they load the truck with your stuff. I was told that they would be loading the trailer and delivering directly from that trailer. Well, that is not what happened. They loaded my stuff in 2 trips on their smaller truck and then they contracted the delivery out to another company. The delivery company sent only 2 guys to do the work of 4. The entire move took 26 ½ hours to complete. Needless to say that I did not get any sleep. I called AAA to voice my concern and issues and they pretty much blew me off. My walls were damaged, my carpet sullied, and my floors scratched. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Scammers!!!

We had the same experience as many other Unilocalers. We were charged nearly double what we were quoted, including an additional $ 600 today because the third party trucker «did not know» that the address was a townhouse complex and couldn’t drive a semi all the way to our unit, so he had to charge extra labor to move our possessions 150 yards from the main road to our townhouse resulting in many items being damaged. We also are missing items that were on our inventory and received other items that were not to be moved. We were detailed in our information to AAA from the outset. Several items were damaged and all services promised were not rendered (help with unpacking /​staging, special packing for antiques. The truck driver was very uncooperative and rude, actually calling his crew «lazy Mexicans». Do NOT use these people. We will be filing a complaint with the Dallas and LA BBB offices. We would have had better experience and less hassle doing it ourselves.

Don’t use this company. You wil regret it. One star is too much for them.
They charged a lot more when they unloaded my stuff. They never explained when I signed the contract. Don’t trust their salesman’s estimate. Their estimate is way smaller than the actual price. It is their trick. And they threatened me that they are not going to deliver my stuff if I don’t accept to pay more. A lot of my furniture is broken and damaged.
They are not the right company. Never ever think about this company.
The salesman said they are A rating company with the BBB. It is a lie!
See the BBB rating. They are not even accredited.
You can see there is no good review for them anywhere.

This situation is getting worse which I didn’t think possible! If I could give zero stars I would! We had several items damaged and broken and have yet to be given the information to file a claims. The owner sophia is impossible to work with and becomes irate when asking for any information regarding the move; whether it be filing claims or why we were charged so much extra $$ when the movers delivered our items. Be careful Unilocalers these people are hustlers!!! Still not sure? Read ALL the other bad reviews, not one positive! Plus they have 13 complaints with the BBB!
Update after the owners comment: We did not add any items we in fact took less items. We have emails of the inventory list that was sent to them and it clearly showing the crossed through items we didn’t take. Apparently that’s extra too. If this is not enough proof to find a different moving company then I don’t know what is. Their BBB rating is NOT an A either. Lies, lies, lies!!!

I, like the prior Unilocaler have never reviewed anyone but they made me angry enough to do so AND I HAVENT EVEN GOTTEN MY STUFF YET. I was moving from Texas to WA and the gave me a quote of 995 which seemed great. i paid the 20 percent deposit and another 50 percent when they picked the things up leaving 30 percent left when they deliver it. So I give them my stuff and wait, They estimate with a distance move like mine that it will take 3 – 21 days. On day 21 I call them because I havent heard an update. two days later I call again. Finally someone returns my call and says that its delayed because of the holidays and hasnt even left Texas yet. I say, you all said 3 – 21 days, the guy who picked it up even said he would aim for 2 weeks, no one warned me that the holidays would cause such a severe delay. I am an understanding lady, i dont want anyone to have to work on xmas/​xmas ever or new years either, but three days of holidays does not explain why my stuff still hasnt gotten here 38 days later since they picked it up. They called yesterday (on a national holiday I might add so clearly they do work then) telling me they would drop off my stuff less than 24 hrs later at 8, i tell them I have class at 8 but could probably do 10:30. They say then we will probably have to do our other deliver first but then will do my deliver in the afternoon. at 2:30 I call them and they are still struggling with the first delivery, it will be at least another 3 – 4 hrs. Then at 6:30 they call saying it will take another hour to just drop off the rest of the stuff AND that now they think I might have to use shuttle service since street parking for an 18 wheeler can be hard to find at night-​which will be an extra 350 dollars charge. Now just for a moment lets go back to that 30% i still owe. They are claiming I owe 440 as the 30 percent, when 30 percent comes out at just under 300 dollars plus this new 350 extra charge. AND they say they will be here at 9 am. I tell them once again I have class, they respond, «well we really arent even supposed to schedule the deliver around you»… im sorry, i thought I was the one paying an obscene amount for a service, ALSO if they had delivered it within the 3 – 21 day estimate the semester wouldnt have started and I would have been able to be here at 8 or 9 am. I will be filing for delay, overcharging, and if the move finishes like the review above mine did, damages as well. I have moved a good deal in the last 10 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had.
