Access Solutions owners also hold the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) as well as holding a Texas RAS License #L1735 (registered accessibility specialist)

We remodel bathrooms including level entry showers as well as kitchen renovations and much more.

Business Owner

Jeff Hazlett CAPS is the president of Access Solutions and the supervising general contractor on our projects. He oversees the quality of the workmanship and the flow of the remodeling process to ensure a professional result.

Jeff holds the Certified Aging in Place Specialist (CAPS) designation from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB). The NAHB designed the certification process to designate qualified contractors who have the resources and expertise to create barrier-​free homes for those wanting or needing greater home accessibility.

Caroline Hazlett PT, RAS, CAPS

As a Registered Accessibility Specialist (RAS) licensed by the state of Texas, Caroline is able to consult with architects, designers, contractors and owners to facilitate compliance with the Texas Accessibility Standards and ADA guidelines. Additionally she performs plan reviews and site inspections as required by the state.

Caroline designs new kitchens and bathroom floor plans for many of our customers.
