This review is for the paint department only. The dude who helped me had decades of experience in paint. He helped me choose the right paint and brushes. He patiently explained the process of painting a piece of furniture to me. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. You really can’t beat that. Lowes and Home Depot employees can’t even help you with simple things sometimes, like finding a light bulb.

This store is awesome!!! It has everything. Things you would expect in a hardware store and then it also has a great gift section. Totally unexpected.
Speaking as someone who is in this store A LOT, the amount of Christian music is about maybe 3% of the music played. It’s not at all overwhelming in my opinion. And besides, its more like pop-​rock.

People are nice, store is well stocked, and I like supporting local businesses, but lose the Christian rock music playing over the sound system! I don’t want to be preached to while shopping. At least Lowes doesn’t hold a prayer service while I’m looking for toilet fixtures. Five stars otherwise.
Update: No religious music last time I was in.
