My brother-​in-​law went on a bachelor trip and I was supposed to feed his cat. He forgot to leave a key out and after trying to get into the house over a day, I decided to call a locksmith (with my brother’s permission). I called ADI Locksmith at approximately 7:00 am on mother’s day and he was able to come out to my brother’s house by 8:30 am. He was right on time, picked the lock, and re-​keyed the lock and made me duplicates. He was extremely friendly, professional, and provided outstanding customer service. This is the second time I have dealt with a locksmith and the first experience, with a different company, was not a pleasant one. This experience was great and I will be using ADI Locksmith in the future.

Excellent service. They showed up at the estimated time and helped me get my keys that I accidentally locked in my car in about 2 minutes. A+++ $ 75 was cheaper than anyone else I could find at 10pm on a Monday night.

Just imagine, it’s dark, raining and in the low 40s. You’ve forgotten your key… a call is made and within 30 minutes you are safely in your home. ADI Locksmith arrived quickly, worked quickly and got me in with no damage to my doors/​locks. It was expensive but given the efficiency it was worth it!

Adi was great. Called him late at night with a stuck key in my lock. He was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He explained the situation to me, what needed to be done, and had a new lock and keys replaced in 10 minutes. Highly professional and a nice guy. Definitely would recommend.

Last week I had lost the keys to my truck and was in desperate need of a solution. I called several locksmiths in town and they all told me it would be a few hours. I called one locksmith who said he was on his way after 3 hours no one showed up. I opened my phone and tried one more A.D.I. popped up and after explaining my situation A.D.I. said they would be there in 20 minutes… turns out it was only 15. My key was cut and programmed in hardly any time at all. The gentleman who helped me could not have been nicer or more professional. I was more than satisfied and would recommend A.D.I. to anyone home, business or car. Only because A.D.I. was I able to get on the road in time and reach my destination.

I highly recommend this company. I lost the only set of keys to my car and the locksmith was fast and friendly. Got me all taken care of. If there where 6 stars i would give it. And the price was very fair!!! :)

I was locked out of my apartment this evening and Adi with ADI Locksmith came to assist within 30 minutes. He was able to pick my lock and make two keys within 15 mins or so. Adi was fast, professional and very nice. I highly recommend ADI locksmith!

Adi locksmith is the best locksmith in town I’ve been working with this guy for almost 4 years and every time I call him he show up on time, he solves the problem and remake keys or locks very fast with very reasonable prices, I definitely recommend this company for every one in need of a locksmith, he also specializes in mercedes and bmw that others can’t do. It’s a 5 stars service.

So I lost my keys, and of course, did not have a spare. I called literally every listing in Dallas in search of the best price. ADI Locksmith was $ 15 less than the second cheapest, but about $ 100 less than everyone else on average. ($ 135 to unlock and re-​key.) He arrived to my apartment in his marked ADI van in about 20 minutes, and had my car unlocked and a new key made in about 20 more minutes. So we have timely and really cost-​effective … mission accomplished, right? Absolutely! But here is what really motivated me to write this guy a great review, he didn’t stop there. He knew I was really budgeted and waved the tax and even surprised me with an additional key that would unlock my car should I ever lock myself out of the car … at no cost. I certainly wouldn’t expect this of him as it is a business he is running, but as someone who is directly involved in customer service every single day, it was really nice to have genuine customer service in return, especially in a time of need. Great guy! Having to call a locksmith sucks, but despite the odds this guy actually had me walk away with a smile. 5 stars, definitely recommend, you’d be a fool not to use him :) Thank you, ADI!

Ok… So i happened to loose my car keys and i called a couple of places to compare and i decided to call ADI LOCKSMITH INC.
Adi answers the phone and i tell him my situation, he said «no problem i can help you» i asked for the price and i decided to make an appointment, he shows up (ON TIME) introduces himself and gets to do his thing, he asked me if i wanted one or two keys, i got a better deal buying two programed keys and even a «wallet» key (without chip) to open my doors in case i lost both keys again. Over all Adi is a very professional locksmith and i would recomend him to anyone thats looking for fast professional quality value thanks …

My car fob (keyless entry) had been lost and my spare’s contacts were damaged so I was desperate for a new key. Having ordered keys online, I looked up auto locksmiths that could help me program the keys. After calling seven different locksmiths, I decided to use ADI Locksmith, Inc. because they were very honest upfront, and made some very practical suggestions after listening carefully to my situation. The locksmith, Adi, stayed in communication with me about my situation, despite me making several changes to my order. Adi was incredibly helpful and down to earth. He also was extremely polite and offered to accommodate my several schedule and location changes over the week. He was very honest and straightforward and came to my rescue in the SMU area promptly, even though he was on a job in Mesquite. This is a professional and friendly service, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a locksmith!

I do not recommend this company. I had bought a new home and wanted to changed my locks. The guy told me that my lock was bent. It was all a lie. I was on my way to work so I had to get this done. Long story short. They charged me $ 151 to replace a kwikset. Which I did not need. I would have called another company, but I had to get to work. Stay away from this company!

We have used ADI Locksmith for several years now and he ALWAYS does a fantastic job for us. From re-​keying locks and making new keys when we have moved to helping us when I got locked out of the house because our front door locking mechanism had stopped working all of a sudden. He is dependable, professional and friendly. After his last visit, I thought,“Why don’t I have this guy’s number in my phone? I wouldn’t ever call anyone else!” Now it is!

I scheduled my appointment way in advance. When the day came they didn’t show up for hours. I called several times and finally he answered. You could tell by his tone and reaction he had forgotten.
Then he called another locksmith to do the job and he did not impress me either. He tried to lie and cover the mistake
The job was finally done but I don’t care for lies. Just tell me the truth, fix the problem and give me good service.

What a fabulous experience! ADI is a company you have to save in your cell phone & refer to your friends/​family. We called today for a non-​emergency service and they were there in a couple of hours; beautiful, professional job! Needless to say, we will use them again!

This company really saved me in a pinch when I was locked out of my house. After another locksmith did not show up on time, this company answered their phone, was courteous, stated their fees up front, and showed up within the time frame provided.
Also, given that this was late at night, it was a relief that the driver showed up in a van branded with the ADI logo, and not some unmarked van/​truck/​car.

I’ll be quick on the vitals: Adi answered the phone, listened to my situation, gave me an arrival time of under 45 min (he was in Plano and I live in Dallas) and gave me an estimate and made me aware of a possible increase to the estimate based on my lock. He called on his way to confirm our appointment, was very friendly, professional and fast with his work. As it turned out, his estimate was enough to get the job done without any increase. His estimate was $ 50 lower than the other company I called, btw.
Now the good stuff. It is clear Adi enjoys helping people out. There are certain trades where you like to have your go-​to guy (cab driver, electician, plumber, etc.) and a locksmith should be high on that list. Adi’s my guy.

Dropped my car off for service and forgot my garage door opener. Called Adi based on the Unilocal reviews. He arrived in 10 minutes and he got me in right away. Professional & friendly. Highly recommend.

They were prompt and efficient and answered the phone, unlike the previous locksmith who missed three straight days of appointments (Candlewind Lock & Key, I’m talking to you). They were a *little* more expensive than I expected, but not terribly, and I think we got the value for what we paid for it. When it comes time to install more locks, they’re getting our business.

Best locksmith in Dallas Ive ever had! He said he would show up in 15 minutes and he REALLY DID! Reasonably priced, clean, polite. I will definitely call him again.
