Allways Moving and storage finally delivered my items on January 2^nd and the driver attempted to collect an additional $ 200.00 for charges he said he must charge me per the company for distance and stairs. I informed him that the company already informed me that additional charges were up to the driver. I told the driver to place the items in the yard, I had no additional money, and then he did not add more fees. Never again! Just a note, several of my snow globes were broken and frozen. They were still a block off ice after being on the truck for almost a month in the dead of Winter! Bull****

Wish I would’ve read all the bad reviews before and the F rating from BBB. I’ve been unable to contact customer service rep who promised to be available for questions. Rude staff, unreliable, unprofessional. I hired Allways Moving to do a move from Indiana-​California. It is still currently in the process of delivery. I used a third party site to get estimates from multiple moving companies. I was contacted by Heather who provided great customer service and an estimate. After the bill was paid, I was promised by Heather that she would be available to assist me with any questions. However, multiple emails and calls following up with her were never returned or answered. The mover was supposed to call 24hrs in advance before the move. I received a call at 10pm the night before the move. The mover then was 3 hours late for the scheduled move, arriving at 9:30pm. All the while I couldn’t get a hold of Heather to let me know what was going on. The move onto the truck went relatively smooth however the mover mentioned I did not have the 10% deposit on record. I have email proof that I did pay the 10% estimate by CC. The time estimate I was given for delivery was between 7 – 21 days, with her stating it would be around 7 – 8 days. Today is day 8. I called and tried to get a hold of Heather again to get a delivery estimate, of course as previously she is no where to be found. I then talk to the representative who answers the phone. I express my discontent on how my case is being handled and how I cannot get a hold of Heather. He starts to get aggressive and defensive so I ask to speak with a manager whom I am informed has just stepped out. So I ask that his manager call me back before the end of the day and I am then hung up on. The customer service reps are rude and inconsistent making me feel uncomfortable with my belongings in their care.

Working with Allways Moving was one of the worst experiences of my life. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are liars and crooks. We had to threaten use of our lawyer in order to get our personal property delivered to us. DO NOT TRUST ALLWAYS MOVING.

Do not use Allways Moving and Storage! These people are absolute crooks and will make your move a hellish experience. We employed them to move an upright piano, dresser, and end table from Oklahoma to Southern California near the beginning of August and I have yet to receive our items.
Initially, they seemed to have a professional demeanor, issuing a reasonable estimate and contract that we signed, but this is where all professionalism ended. They promised a delivery date in about 2 weeks from the time of pickup, and that it would be no more than 30 days at the most (I’m still waiting). They also «lost» the credit card payment and initial contract, requiring a wire transfer instead, with a new contract that was much higher than the first — huge red flags. Never pay by wire transfer, as then you have no recourse if they end up to be crooks. Their communication is horrible, as you can never get a live person on the line and they hardly ever return calls. When you do talk to a person, they are rude and treat you like dirt (customer abuse). No one could tell us where our things were, and when we finally got a delivery date (for which they never showed up), they tried to extort more money out of us. Even though they knew from the contract that the move involved a piano and that it would have to go up a flight of stairs, they kept trying to get more money out of us, saying «it’s going to cost you more,» despite the fact that it was specified in the price of the signed contract. When they didn’t show up, they lied about being there waiting for us, making us look like the ones at fault. They even had the gall to try to charge us a re-​delivery and storage fee! The second delivery that was scheduled was the same story — nobody showed up. There was not even a call to say that they couldn’t make it. A third delivery date was eventually scheduled after we left numerous messages. Finally, after they had kept our stuff for 2 and ½ months we thought we were set to go — and then the shenanigans started over again. If we wanted to see our things again, we would have to pay a higher price and pay with cash or a postal money order, even though we had already agreed on and made out a cashier’s check for the contracted amount (that we had confirmed with them three times before). After all this, they still never showed up with our things.
This moving company employs extortion to get more and more money out of customers with horrible customer service that borders on abuse. One cannot do business with people like this, as they lie and always change the rules on you. I never received my items, so in essence what they are perpetrating is theft. If you are moving and ever want to see your things again, NEVER use Allways Moving!

Our son is in a terrible spot. The mover/​driver (a Third-​party contractor) started in first thing upping the bill beyond the contract we signed. He hired a casual laborer and paid the man in cash. They mashed the furnishings into a gigantic Mayflower leased truck. Arriving in Dallas, our son has been sleeping on the floor waiting for his belongings to be delivered. The warehouse where the goods are stored at 1331 Regal Row, Dallas, is shared with several other moving companies. The Allways Moving and Storage name is not posted on the building or door with the others. Nobody is available at the warehouse. There’s almost nothing on their website that is truthful. They don’t use their own trucks and drivers. They don’t handle your belongings with care. They don’t keep track of where your property is. I dread seeing the condition of our furniture and boxed goods when and if they do get delivered.
Upshot — don’t contract with any company calling you back through a website. Their sales office is just a call center with no apparent address and no accountability.

I encourage anyone moving to NEVER use this moving company! While emptying our house they took apart out weight machine and left it! They also left our refrigerator at the home. When I called to tell them they forgot to load some of our stuff they told me to process a claim and that would take 32 hours when we were leaving out of state the next day. When our stuff finally reached our new home, our brand new furniture was destroyed and when I went to file a claim about that the manager hung up on me! Never heard back from them either.
