When installing our logo on the front doors, the tech worked with me to balance out the positioning instead of just applying the sign. He divided the logo into 2 parts and centered each half, balancing out the sign as well as the ‘interior’ which shows through the window. It really looks great!

On a little quiet corner downtown Alphagraphics seemed certainly to be a stuffy outlet catering to glossy corporations with exorbitant rates and blasé staff.
Boy was I wrong. 250 business cards start around $ 50 and the simple graphic work was cheap, for me around $ 25.
The alert and engaging staff are accommodating and understand the need for deadlines. A postcard order was printed in a day and the staff is professional, able to help with any project I present them, including the graphics department who are educated and fast.
Cassandra who helps with all my orders, and Robert who never tires of my endless revisions are PR candy gems.
They’ve also adroitly helped with me with magazine ads under fast deadlines.
Lucky for me it’s a quick walk from my house.

I was doing a rush job while in Dallas from out of town. Johanna, the other employee, & the delivery guy did a great job. They updated me quickly when there was a delay (due to a mistake that I made) and delivered my Vertical banner to the hotel conference where I was at. The delivery guy even helped me set it up.

Johanna was excellent. I appreciated being able to call and talk to someone directly and share my details over the phone. She made the entire process seamless and effortless for me. Many thanks!

As a graphic designer I have dealt with a large amount of printers, the good, bad, and the ok – this was my overall idea of the print world… until I used Ross and his crew. These guys are GREAT and UNIQUE! I give them crazy deadline, wacky request, and limited budgets and they always follow through. They are my go-​to print spot!

I called the Akard St. location and received a quote on printing, but was passing by the Addison location on Beltline Rd. and decided to just stop in. I needed help with a 4′ X 8′ poster for a conference presentation, and needed it ASAP. General Manager Ross Wheat saved the day! He explained my options, and I had a fantastic, sleek and professional poster in hand before close of business that day. I work with the public, and I recognize great customer service when I see it. Ross, and Alphagraphics give great service.

how unprofessional!!! and he was the owner… ugh this place is terrible. their website sucks and their is no functionality to their site. so so so rude!, i literally hung up on him after saying, «yeah by the sounds of your voice and the lack of customer service-​im going to take my money elsewhere» FYI-​half of the locations on their website are false and the numbers dont work.

Alphagraphics was terrific in responding quickly to emails and rushing our wedding programs to make a certain date and we paid for the small rush fee. They were always pleasant to speak with on the phone.
As any bride knows, before a wedding, everything is chaotic — meeting caterers, photographers, etc. You would think that if you submitted the correct printing file to the printer, they would print the final file. Unfortunately, they printed the rough draft. We were not able to review the print job beforehand due to timing constraints and were unaware there were typos until right before the wedding and by then, it was too late to fix.
In calling them to complain after the wedding, instead of saying, «we made a mistake, we will give you a credit.» They said, «there were too many people to deal with (FYI-​we had one designer sending files) and that we would get a discount on our next print job.» I think not. Poor business practice Alphagraphics. I deal with printers in NYC all the time. I wish you didn’t mess up my wedding programs, but alas you did.

Yah! For Alphagraphics. They were so super friendly and flexible after I changed the order 60 902 348 029 3480w9438 times. I always spoke with the same person. No corporate America here. And he never showed any sign of ‘oh my God, I hate this client’ voice.
Alphagraphics on Akard is my friend and I will return there if I ever need a huge picture blown up again.
