Most amazing lashes and most amazing customer service in Dallas! I won’t go anywhere else!

Buyer beware. Overall the service I’ve had from Marissa was always great but be careful if you need to cancel. I called in December and was told I would get a call back in a couple of days. With the holidays it slipped my mind. Called back a second time and was told a manager had to cancel and they would call back in 24 hours. A week later I’ve called again and FINALLY got my cancellation. BUT they will bill me again because they require a 30 day notice. Strangely they never call you back when you need to cancel and now I’ve paid two more times.

This was my first experience with lash extensions and they look great. It took a while to get my first appointment, but they were understandably busy before the holidays.

Love love love this place. I’ve been on a membership for a few months now and they do a great job. Honestly. The lady I go to every time is so sweet as well! And the shop is so clean!

Just had my first experience with lash extensions and I couldn’t be happier with the results! This will be perfect for when I want to go to the gym without worrying I look like death!
I was a little hesitant about this at first and did a lot of research, but I figured for their special going on for first time clients, what did I have to lose?
I absolutely love the way my lashes turned out, my tech Cindy was amazing and personalized Amazing Lash’s «sexy» and «gorgeous» looks to what I wanted for my eyes. She was a great person to talk to (the application took about and hour and a half) and she made it all breeze by. I definitely recommend Cindy if you’re a first timer like me. She also gave me several good tips on how to make my lashes last! All in all my experience was ¹⁰⁄₁₀. I will definitely be returning if my lashes hold up 3 weeks!

I have not had a good experience here… and I am confused about why the other reviews are so good. I recently moved to the Dallas and the membership option seemed like a good idea since I typically get my lashes done about twice a month. However, the membership only qualifies you for one refill a month and a discount on another fill.
So I did it anyway, got a fill by a girl who was relatively new and she gave me extremely long eyelashes (way too long) and did not remove the ones that were growing out. Soon after many fell out in chunks and the ones underneath were a mess. I looked ridiculous. I called to book another appointment and she offered me a free correction which I was happy about. So when I arrived for the correction, another employee took me back and really wasn’t concerned about listening to me at all. She wasn’t very nice or friendly… twenty five minutes later she says she’s done and when I got up I looked like I had no eyelashes on. They were so sparse and small. I asked her to add some and she reluctantly said okay… she wasn’t happy about it at all and made that clear even though this was a correction. Finally she convinced me to buy a 40 dollar product that I probably didn’t need and left me unsatisfied. My friend has had the same experience at another location… we have been three times in one month to amazing and our lashes still look terrible. I’m switching ASAP.

First time to get lashes. A coworker and I decided one day lets try it! So I called around and several places didn’t answer or asked to leave a message. Finally I called Amazing Lash Studio and the girl I spoke with was very friendly and answered all of my questions. I had a few. So we booked our appointment and we got our lashes. Being a newbie I really didn’t know what style to pick I didn’t want to go full on glamour girl. I let my tech do what she thought would be best for me. When she was done and I looked at them I thought yeah they look good but I immediately thought they could be a little fuller. I did say that to the girl. She said if you think you need more I can add more. I said let me wait and see I may think different tomorrow. The studio called me the next day to check on me and I told the girl I think I want a few more added and she said no problem just come in and we will do that for you. So I did and now they look amazing! I love them! When I’m ready for a fill I’m going to bump them up a little more. I’m hooked…

Leslie did a amazing job! The person who did my lashes at another location didn’t put them on correctly so they were falling off and damaging my natural lash. Leslie took the time to take off the bad lashes and do a full set on me. She was very meticulous, she thought she was done then after removing the pads she realized I had 3 lashes in my corner without a extension so she said hold on let me put lashes on those. Most people would have just let it go but she wanted to do a good job and she did! I will only go to her from now on!

Very nice place, super clean and very customer oriented. I’m taking a 2 week trip to the UK and I didn’t want to wear mascara but wanted to look nice for pictures. I’m so glad I did it… very natural brown (I’m light blonde). My husband loves the look although he was not pleased with final price. But in this town you get what you pay for — so I got super lovely beautiful lashes!

This place is still the ABSOLUTE best place o go for lashes. I’ve been going every month for a while now and i’ve never been dissapointed. hey have gone through some management changes but i’ve never had any problem. I had to speak with a manager about my membership, with putting i on hold due to fraud charges on my account, and she was so understanding. I explained the situation and she completely understood that stuff happens and that you have to postpone things at times.
I love the front desk girls, Anika (SP?) is so informative and great with guests. They make it personal each time you’re there and it just makes the experience more enjoyable.
I definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I’ve always had Voluminous Lashes by Extreme Lashes in the past because I lived in a small town and thats all that was available, but I loved them. Since I moved to Dallas I was looking for something similar in looks and quality.
I think Amazing Lash Studio uses a good quality product applied by ladies who know what they are doing. Amanda offered good advice based on what look expressed interest in was combined with her professional opinion and made it happen! The entire staff is very friendly and their customer service is TOP KNOTCH!
I think their prices are very reasonable if you sign up for the membership, which I did, for SIX months instead of twelve (I have commitment issues!) It really is a good deal/​lash studio even though it seems like a big corporation they really go out of their way to make me feel like a valued customer and your satisfaction is very important to them.

Amazing salon and customer service! Lynn made me feel welcome and comfortable. I am very particular with my hair and Lynn did exactly what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic salon and reasonable prices! I’ve had a different tech every time and it’s always a professional and relaxing experience. I like how they have several lash «styles» to choose from. Once I realized I was hooked on getting lash extensions, I signed up for the membership, so my fill is basically pre-​paid for before each appointment! I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone looking to change up their cosmetic routine. Treat yo self!

My experience at Amazing Lash Studio was phenomenal from the moment that I entered the door. The level of service was impeccable from the front desk to the stylist. My stylist Tamarah was personable, friendly, and excellent at her skills of applying my full set of lashes. I will definitely be going back.

I absolutely love this place. I ve been to a couple of lash salons and this by far is my favorite. Everyone is super attentive and very helpful. They have answered all my questions and concerns while being friendly at the same time. I even joined their monthly membership plan. I would recommend this lash salon to anyone that asks!

I was Brittany Czaja’s model for a full set and was so happy! I have fairly small eyes and have had lashes in the past that looked scary long and not natural at all. I let her know of my concerns and she suggested the natural look. I’m so pleased with the results and everyone keeps asking me if they are real!
