Amazing Lash Studio

Oops accident.

I have been a member for over a year so I was very excited when this location opened since I live right upstairs. I have been 4 times and they were all bad. They take way longer than the other locations. I have never had anyone take more than 45 min for a fill. It was like 1 ½ hours here. The last time I went the girl actually told me that next time she could put more lashes but she ran out of time. Completely not my problem. The next day I told someone I just got my lashes done and they didn’t believe me. They weren’t full at all. So i went back that day to have them fixed and they still weren’t as full as they usually are. 2 weeks later and I barely had lashes so I went and bought some to fill it in myself until I could get to another location. I’m going tomorrow and I have like 5 lashes. I will be really upset if I have to pay for a full set because they didn’t do a good job. They get 1 star for good customer service.

Request for Mellie! She does an awesome job and probably the best lash stylist I’ve had to date. I get the Gorgeous lashes and each time it turns out even and looks flawless. I have had 4 different lash stylists from 2 Amazing Lash Studio locations and there is a big difference across stylists. Some stylists are also pretty brutal with the taping, but not her! Love this location!

I have a membership with ALS and have been very satisfied with the whole experience. I was referred by a freind to the Greenville location. They always do a great job but I sometimes struggle with getting an appointment around my work schedule and the front desk people aren’t always the most helpful. I tried calling another location closer to me (this one) and was immediately taken back by how overly nice and accommodating she was. I don’t remember her name but she even called the other location for me to cancel my existing appointment with them. Service like that and a great positive attitude always catches my attention and I am very appreciative.

My appointment lasted 2 hours and 45 min! The whole time the stylist was pulling out my lashes out and cutting them because they kept getting glued together. I repeatedly told her how she was hurting me.
When she was finally done, she ripped the MEDICAL tape that she put on my top/​bottom eye lids off as if she was waxing me! I shouted «OUCH!!» And all she said was «excuse me.»
When I saw the final product I was disappointed again! They were completely uneven and looked completely fake/​cheap! The lashes were already falling off and flipping down into my eye.
I requested them taken off, which took another 30 minutes. When I finally got home, I noticed there was STILL glue on my lashes!
Oh, and now I look like I have PINK EYE!

Look them ip on the BBB!!! NOTHING BUT BAD REVIEWS!!! NOTHING GOOD!!! I HAD The MOST HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I don’t think that I have ever been so embarrassed!!! I was hoping to get my lashes done for the first time tonight and called and spoke with the manager which scheduled me a 6pm appointment. She knew I was coming from Richardson in 5 o’clock traffic and told me that I could be there at 6:15 the latest. After being in 5 o’clock traffic for an hour, I realized that their address is not true on Google maps or gps. I called at 6:13 and was right in front of their shop! I came in and filled out my paperwork which took about 60 seconds. The girl had me pick out my style and then asked me to go wash my eyelashes with Dial Foam Hand Soap! I came back and then she told me that they could no longer see me tonight and need to reschedule!!! My husband and son dropped me off to go waste time for 2 hours and have dinner! My phone was dead so I left it with them! I then asked her if I could Please speak with the stylist… she RUDELY ASKED ME WHY!!! I explained to her that I am a VERY BUSY BUSINESS OWNER with absolutely no free time and although they were charging in me $ 79 for a full set, I would tip the tylist $ 50 just to get it done now!!! The lady explained to me that she was the one in charge of locking the door and wrecked her car last week and couldn’t possibly make her ride wait. She then walked to the back made me wait for another 10 minutes and said she called her Manager and she said NO! I again asked to speak with the Stylist and suggested offering her to m as ke a house call… the girl said, «oh in that case, I’ll let her know!» I was sooo embarrassed from dealing from all of this from 6:15 until 7pm with a room full of other customers I just started crying and left! I have never been so humiliated in my life! I had to go outside and just wait for my husband and son to come back from dinner because my phone was dead! All I could do was cry! I was so MAD!!! HOW. UNPROFESSIONAL! if you know it takes 2 hours for a full set, do not tell people to come in at 6:15 when you close at 8! I am a business owner myself and know how 1 bad review hurts 50 good oned! The staff at the Village is awful!!! I would not recommend this place to ANYONE

I have always wanted lashes, and a friend referred me to Amazing Lash Studio since their new location opened in Uptown. I have never gotten them before and my first visit was great! Cindy, the office manager, is the sweetest person ever! She walked me through everything. Their office is so clean and cute. My technician (I can’t remember her name) walked me through every single thing she did and even gave me a blanket to feel comfy. Unfortunately, I found out I’m allergic to the lashes. Amazing Lash Studio helped calm me down, refunded me, and said goodbye so nicely (Cindy said she would wave to me if she ever saw me walk by!)
Literally the sweetest and most accommodating staff ever.

I have never had lash extensions prior to my first visit with Amazing Lash Studio. I have since been back twice. I am sold!
Since I have no other experiences to compare this one to, my opinion may be slightly skewed. That being said however, my experience has been great. From the moment I walked into this clean and modern studio I was treated with professional and friendly staff. Cindy, the manager, greets you at the desk with a warm and sincere smile. The waiting area is small, but that is to be expected in West Village where retail space is limited and what I can only assume is high in rent. Anyhow, all staff is great. I highly recommend scheduling have with Vonnie. She really takes her time and is a perfectionist just like myself. If there are a few lashes that just don’t look right to you, she will gladly and quickly correct them.
I love this place and am now sold on extensions!!!
