Angela Squitieri-RE/MAX Premier

Just wanted to update after our move out experience. Angela was very fair with everything she did. The only thing I’ll note is the vendors that she uses after you move out are VERY expensive. She insists on using her vendors because she knows the work they do… I understand that from her viewpoint but you are the one who ends up paying for the best house cleaners in Texas to clean your vacant town home that you no longer live in. Kind of a bummer.
Read the fine print in your agreement because carpet cleaning and housecleaning come out of your security deposit. We were charged $ 216 for carpet cleaning which was a fair price but we were charged $ 266.04 for housecleaning… and my wife and I are very clean white collar executives. That was shocking. That is the only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5.
The only other thing that is quirky with renting from Angela is she doesn’t include refrigerator repair in her lease. I only rented one town home from her but she says she has never included it in a lease and that if the refrigerator were to break we would need to pay to have it fixed or replace it ourselves. After much going back and forth she included refrigerator repair/​replacement in the lease so just something to keep an eye on.
I would rent from Angela again.
