If you’re looking for color & cut, ask for Diana Dao! She’s quick at responding and very honest about the process your hair needs to go through and what colors will work. I had a brassy and thick mess on my head when I walked in & walked out with my head feeling 10x lighter with a fresh dark brown color. She only takes appointments and not walk-​ins.
Hair: you definitely need a consultation. Don’t think that it’s a waste of time. At the consultation, the hair dresser will see what colors work for your hair and what colors don’t. Some colors will take more than one session and that’s not anybody’s fault. Everyone’s hair is just different.
Today was my first time visiting the salon and I really love the modern and trendy decorations and atmosphere. It’s simple but chic. I saw some reviews complain about the music — the playlist is very rave-​like and upbeat but it’s blaring or overwhelming like other reviews have mentioned.
All the other hairdressers are chill and friendly. They also offer nail services and full face make-​up. I’m not sure if they offer facials or pedicures.
Give this place a try!

Where to start? I was intrigued to visit this place do to the Instagram hype. I booked an appointment around August 2014 for an appointment in October 2014. Same day of my appt. I was rescheduled. LONG STORY SHORT I WAS RESCHEDULED ANOTHER FOUR TIMES AND CANCELLED BY ERIKA ON THE SAME DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT!!!
I can totally understand being Rescheduled for the following day, weekend or even after hours but every time on the day of my appointment something came up and I was rescheduled weeks in advance!!!
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN AS A CONSUMER IM PAYING FOR A SERVICE AND GET TREATED THIS WAY, I WASNT ASKING FOR FREEBIES.

Best place to get pampered. The atmosphere was so comfortable, everyone was so nice and welcoming. They made me look amazing and even enjoyed myself to some complimentary drinks. Even the interior looked a castle for a Queen B. Erica does an amazing job! I go for her for everything, she’s my #1 stylist!

I made a previous review regarding my bad experience with unreliable Victor. While I still would not go to him for any reason and it shook my confidence in trying this salon, I am impressed with how management handled the situation and try to remedy it to bring back my service, or atleast good will. For being on their game and trying to remedy a bad experience, I raised their rating from 1 to 4 stars. The business shouldn’t suffer due to one bad apple, and I appreciated the effort in the problem.

I have been getting my hair done with Erica for a while now. I love that she can get my hair to the color I want in one session or very close to it. This salon has grew a lot in a year. The place is very nice, clean, relaxing, & the staff are friendly. Everyone there is experienced in what they do and all their clients leave looking flawless and happy after their treatment. You can get your nails and semi perm eyebrows there as well. The parking is hard to find if your new to the area but bishop area is always like that. There is plenty of parking around the back of salon or in front. Every Time I come here I have a blast laughing and talking. Definitely, try this place out. All the stylist there are professionals and good at what they do. You will not be disappointed.

I went to this establishment back in Feb 15. The location is full of character and in a great area. The place is run by young Latin women, which I love. I had a few problems scheduling but everything has been resolved. The owner really cares about the service and her staff seems very experienced. I cant wait to check out this place again.

Not impressed AT ALL!
First of all, when you walk in, you get blasted with the beat of getto bass blaring as if you step into a rave bar at 2am in downtown L.A. Yea, that’s not very welcoming when you’ve had a stressful day already and headache to boot!
Once you get your ears acclimated to the noise… There becomes a tingle in your nose & lungs of chemicals, hairspray and whatever powerful rancid spray, to mask the chemicals and hairspray smell! As if Texas allergies aren’t enough.
Service? I got a hair trim/cut…Although it was decent, the customer service was as poor as their choice in music.
Next came the lashes… Not comfortable, not pleasant, not pretty (my gut was pleading with my brain to just leave). The technician had garlic breath of a freshly eaten garlic salad! She wouldn’t stop talking… Kids, football, «girl» this, «girl» that… If she called this Spanish diva «girl» one more time… Fortunately for her, she finished. After looking in the hand mirror, laced with fingerprints and ewie, gooey sticky stuff, instead of impressed, I was depressed! What was applied was long, clumpy, plasticky thin hairs (although a lot of them), that had more curl than a poodle! Not a good look, unless your a poodle (my brain pleading with my irrational side, to keep it together a little bit longer)
What I expected was a day to myself, just me and my thoughts. What I got was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone (ok, maybe my ex). Take it from this patron and spa junky, save your time, sanity and a headache…

I’m super picky and hard to please but I fell in love the first time I got my hair done by the amazing Erica! I walked in with a wannabe ombré look I had gotten done elsewhere and regretted. I walked out with beautiful hair and saw what ombré is really supposed to look like. That’s why I keep going back and will never go anywhere else! I can’t wait for my new Fall ‘do coming up! Thanks Erica!

I happen to find Julian by accident over a year ago. I am glad that I did. He cute mu hair exactly the way I like it and trims and shapes my beard and give me a clean shave. Would recommend him to anyone.
