Excellent and fast service. Accommodating and knowledgable staff.
After watching tons of YouTube videos and fidgeting with extremely small screws, I accepted defeat and gave up on replacing the bulb in my company’s projector myself so I found Atlas Electronics on Google and visited the store the next day.
Turns out the bulb I had purchased on Ebay was defective. They made sure I saw the difference between the defective bulb and the new bulb before installing — love this, as I clearly can’t tell a bulb is defective on my own and some stores only want to sell you their parts. Atlas had the bulb I needed in store (while Best Buy, OfficeDepot, StarPower, etc. did not). They successfully replaced the bulb within minutes — I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Before leaving, the staff made sure I was satisfied and happy with the results.
I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely return when needed.

These guys know their stuff! Took a while to get fixed and communication is pretty poor BUT like I said they know their stuff. Fixed my tv and DVD player and price was fair. If you have the time try em out.

This is literally my first Unilocal review after using the service for years. I feel compelled to warn others about this store and its tactics. Don’t use these folks. Period. End of sentence. Read on if you’d like to know why.
These clowns quoted me a low dollar amount to do two solders on an old video game board and they would complete the work «while I waited.» Ecstatic, because I thought I could have quick resolution, I took the board out of the game and brought the replacement part to the store to make their work even easier. Upon arrival, the low quote turned into $ 50 for a 10 minute soldering job that would take «an hour.» I walked out and took the work to Amni Electronics. These people do great work and it was fast too. Bring your work to Amni and avoid these hucksters like the plague.

I brought an old TV that I was attached to and wanted to get repaired. The first initial assessment and repair didn’t last a week before the TV resorted back to its original faults. Atlas showed awesome customer service because they wanted to stand by their work. They wanted another shot at the tv or else they offered another TV of equal value in return. I like my tv so I hoped that they would find a permanent solution, and they did exactly that. If you want great customer service from guys that are passionate about electronics, this is the place I would recommend. Thanks Atlas!

I’ve worked with Atlas several times. When we built our last house, we purchased all of our media room electronics and a few more T. V’s and AV stuff. The staff has always been professional and the prices were great. We worked with a few sales people and the GM John. We will definitely be going back for electronic needs in the future. The staff and owners really believe in customer service. I had an older Samsung TV and needed the HDMI output replaced since it had went out. My business with Atlas Electronics has been limited to DLP TV lamps (two in three years), but if that’s what you need and don’t want to wait (or can’t), they’re the place to go. They carry both «OEM compatible» lamps and the real deal (Philips in my case), and of course, expect the real thing to cost more.
I brought my lamp in, still in its enclosure, and they replaced the bulb using a new «bare bulb» right in front of me while I waited. This was good, because you can clearly see that you’re dealing with the right part; once in the enclosure, you can’t see the branding (at least in my case).
The people are friendly and efficient, and although the place is in an industrial area, it’s pretty easy to get to and get back on your way afterward.
