So check this out. I own a small business and have a small business account with BOA… I was paying my credit card early every month and I don’t pay the current balance but pay everything and I was always owed on the account. Apparently, they said I paid my bill two days early, so I actually had credit in my account and I was charged a late fee the next month. Thanks to JENNIFER SNYDER for not helping at all!

There are way too many people and way too little lanes! The workers are a bit slow but it also seems the machinery they have to put up with is also one of the reasons why they cannot be as fast as they would like to be. Who knows. They only have ONE drive-​thru ATM! Others have like 4 – 6 drive-​thru ATM’s now. They need to catch up! Get renovated!
