Purchased a Groupon for a service here back in November 2014.
Just an update… this place is connected to/​the same as Massage 49… check out this reviews.
I’ve tried to make an appointment for service four times now… always on a Saturday, but wide open on time.
First call… I called Early Saturday and they had no openings. That was understandable.
Second call… called on a Friday, once again they had no openings-​really?
Third call… called on a Tuesday AGAIN no openings on Saturday.
Now, I was thinking, it’s funny how they always ask if I’m using a promotion, this is always asked before they answer about availability.
Fourth call., I called on a Monday, they claimed they were booked solid for Saturday… almost a full week ahead!
I thought, for just a moment, about calling and saying no, I’m not using a promotion.
I thought better… why play games? It’s rather obvious, I don’t believe so many people call a week before to schedule.
Clearly they don’t like the promotion used on a Saturday.
Too bad… but there are many other places to go to.
