Dr. Malea Maynard is the best PCP I’ve had in over 5 years. She takes the time to explain exactly what is going on with your body, explains what is going to happen before it happens, and the reasons behind her lines of questioning or tests she wants to run. She doesn’t speak medical jargon — it’s nice to communicate in plain english! And their electronic test results delivery system cannot be beat — you get copies of all your test results for your records! She’s also incredibly understanding of any restrictions or quirks in your health insurance plan, and does her best to treat you within their parameters — warning you if something could potentially not be covered, and leaving the decision to you without pressure.
I’m very impressed with the transparency of Dr. Maynard! I feel my health is safe in her hands. The front desk ladies could act like they cared more, which is why the 4 stars out f 5. But I have no complaints at all about Dr. Maynard.
